Subscription figures expected on last day:-
QIB - 4-6X
HNI/NII - 0.7-0.8X
Retail - 0.75X
Employees - 0.9-1.1X
Total - 3-3.5X
I am applying full 2 lakh application also suggested for it. Listing may be approx 900-935. On listing day big basket sbi mutual fund and/or LIC may take some stake so rare chance of listing below issue price. So good luck for 10K+ profit after Diwali.

I think retail portion will not fill more than 65%
HNI due to 0 GMP will not be encouraging..
So unfilled will go to QIBs
So Why the will heavily buy on listing day...
Retailers will sell
I think it will go down after listing

If LIC put a bid of 8000 crore on the very first day in the pressure of Govt. ,

thn Listing at above 912 krwana not a big task for LIC by bid more shares in buying in preopen .............

any view on this ???? suggestion welcome on this point.

Why?
Again saying lic not bid for listing gain, it may /can hold gic for a decade.

The only question is here would RII like to hold?

Lic gave clear indication7000 cr in first hour of ipo opening....They have bid above qib total allocation ....and our respected gamble sir is busy in bottom line calculation ....every follower off u asking too u too apply or not gamble sir even ignoring lic 7000 cr bid ....now u have to reply apply or not at 867....clear yes or no...

At the very first day @8 oct says No to gic why everybody asking repeatedly!

Even @867 Not much left imo. My fair value coming below 800

I hv parked that 2L in secondary where i seeing high yield than Gic.

Others should /shouldn''t go with my view, their personal choice.

BtW lic not known for their investment, if u see LIC portfolio most holding % is psu bank and all trading at multiyear low.recently it reduced stack in BOB also at low price,
Why not sold when it above 200?
Why still lic holding that % of psu bnk in portfolio?.

even jhunjhunwala brought stack in JPA near 29, why not buy when 5/7rs?

So they are big boys they can manage everything.

Lic bid for 7000 crore is not fake they cannot widhraw there bid now actually they r intrested in 5 to 7 % stake in gic even at 912 rs also ....promoter is president of india....

Last but not least risk to reward ration is very high ....at 867 downside is only 17 rs at 850 in worst case ..... upside can go to 950 hefty 83 rs gain.....gud nyt and happy investing...hope every one will earn at least 1500 rs per application per 16 shares

If u want to get decent return in stock mkt always invest for long term.with Price to book 3.89 PE at 31 and Rs 45 discount it is reasonable . Sbi life insurance and icici lombard are expensive than this. Both r almost steady. Whatever unfilled quota in other category including RII will go in strong hands so do not worry. If u r long term investor.

If qib know about 35 rs. discount listing as gmp quoting -30-35 ,

Lic already looking like lost 280 crore before listing , interesting figure....ha ha !! Something fishy really ?????

it is btwn. 260-300 crore around so avg. 280 crore if we consider gmp btwn -30 to -35

Risk lega to dubai jayega nhi to nalasopara.
So guys agar lic 8000cr ka game khelti hai to hum 2L ki choti game to khel sakte hai.
