So the amount is 189000 for 13 lots and 204000 for 14 lots... so retail can apply for 13 lots????

After discount rs 45 one can apply up to 14 lots in RII cat I e 14*16*867=194208

Mr. Kunal patilji minor Ka a/c SBI me he. Or pan card bhi he lekin Sbi bank Wale minor Ka application nahi lete he

You ask only demat account . better you need to meet DP section . still if they not accepting then you need to look for different broker and use same SBI account and apply . reason for not taking there is no revenue and they are not aware how to process the application . the process is little different from normal application . just they want to skip .

If you are a good customer of SBI then try to put pressure on them. Tell them you will disassociate with them and associate with the broker who will open minor account.

Please tell me the maximum lots in retails section

Subscription is very low. confused whether to apply or not

Even I am confused, but I am considering the facts like Rs 45 discount, quarterly dividend as I wont sell for atleast 1 year

Government stocks never give good returns.... but get good dividends but who cares about dividend... no body invest in stocks for dividends

If it sustains all RIIs make some money.

But one concern is how far it is sutainable. But a person has to take some risk for making money.

When it is coming to Stock market, when you gain that would in Grams, and when you lose that would be TONS. We must be prepared for that.

Confused why people applying for application of highest amount in RII

-No of applications required for 1x is 27 lac approx
-IMO expected subscription of 12 Lac applications

How they will get shares more then 40

More than 40? What is 40? Sir please explain a bit more.

My question is if 27lac applications are there for 1x and my expectation is 12lac applications then how applicant of highest amout will get more then 40 shares

Yes . Apply pan card in minor name and create bank account under Guardian . open demat account ( no trading account ) with broker .

Note : As there is no trading account so you cannot trade . but you can transfer the shares to your demat account and sell it .

Face value is 5rs so if we compare it with icici lombard (fv 10) and sbi life (fv 10) gic price will be 1800+ according to fv 10 logic isn’t it too expensive

Eps is counted on 5 rs face value not 10 rs gupta g

I think RII section will be oversubscribed. because HNI will apply under retail category to get discount (and assured allotment).
Please subscribe at cut off, to get allotment. otherwise you wont get it.

Calculate using base price is of 912, where as retail allotment will be at 867, so for retail the premium is 15 / 19.

Both SBI & ICICI has premium lower than this at a point during the IPO. GIC isn''t as bad as its being publicised. Apply with full force. Minimum profit for a 2L application will be above 4,000.

QIB AND 3 MONTHS LOCKIN PERIOD

Out of all the replies, only PSR is correct. Nobody other than Anchor Investors have a lockin period.
