Only those will get the shares in RII category who have applied at cut off even though RII category is not fully subscribed

You need to see the overall subscription. The unsubscribed portion of RII category will be allotted to over subscribed category hence whoever has applied at lower price band won''t get allotted if the price of the IPO is fixed at higher side.

Though first debit advise at 3.26 pm. Karvy app still does not show the allotment , ie. GIC name is missing in the dropdown list.

Some banks have debited rests will debit on Monday. Those who have applied at lower band will get nothing & funds will get unblocked on Monday. So till then enjoy the festival of dipawali.
