“Company is Debt Free” – There were 3 to 4 bank loans in Draft Prospectus which they may have repaid before filing the Final Prospectus.
“First Mover” – There is no listed peer with same or similar product.
“Management Expansion” – The company is formed by taking over a Sole Proprietorship !! The 2 New Promoters are from Gujarat.

CONS-
“Low Profit in Dec” – Due to high inventory of raw materials.
“Related Party Transactions” – RPTs are high but these are reducing in the current FY.

Bas kar bhai… ab rulayega kya… 🤪🤪

Some operator discounted the deal... Better to stay away from this..

Well.. Davda sir recommended 'Avoid' rating for Transvoy also. :D
Transvoy is now over subscribed by 180+ times !!!!

My golden rule, "looking at moon when majority is calling it (the moon) a sun. I will also start calling it (the moon) a sun.". Although did not apply in moxsh, not convinced with their business model. Kuch dimag apna bhi lagao.

It is sad that here SME investors are talking negatively about the fact that the company is 'small'.
Lets not forget the full form of 'S' in SME.

Very small size IPO. Thanks to DD sir for Avoid rating. Subscriptions may be somewhat muted and those wanting to apply may have a better chance of allotment.

@ DD sir, carry on with your good work. Your review gives us a lot of valuable information about the IPO. Some comments, here and there will always be posted, which you may ignore. As you say, besides financials, there are other several factors influencing listing and market price of shares. Applying or not, is individual's choice, but majority give lot of weight to your views.

Keep doing the good work, don't worry about others comment. Any IPO can be manipulated you can't be responsible for all those things.
It would be great if you add peer companies or similar companies based on your experience and not just based on rhp alone.

Page 145 in screen, Restated Audit report has been prepared in the format prepared for Right Issue (Point 1: DLOF/LOF, Point 2: Proposed RI, Point 5: Restated US GAAP, Point 10: report is for BSE Limited, while company is going to list in NSE)🤦‍♂️

Company incorporated in March 31, 2022 and giving disclosure in page 159 of prospectus as under:
"Our company had positive cash accruals (earnings before interest, depreciation and tax) from operations in 2 out of 3 financial years preceding the date of this Prospectus and its net-worth is positive." 😜

But the financials are for past 3 years !!!! Aren't there Positive Cash accruals in past 3 years ?

Just chill. Its not for the company but the Firm taken over by the company. How can a company incorporated in 2022 is having financials of last 3 years.

Just wondering NSE is very particular for the drafting of prospectus and they easily observed such kind of mistakes. Its from my past experience

If you go for Gayatri, you may have to miss both Transvoy and Earthshahl... both are expected to list in premium.

Due to very small size, very remote chances of allotment and LM is not well known. So, better to focus on Transvoy and Earthsthal.

What is the GMP of this IPO?
