1. If High QIB - Low HNI - Low retail in any good IPO, apply. OR if High QIB - High HNI - Low retail in any good IPO, apply.
2. If High QIB - High HNI - High retail in any good IPO, don't apply.
3. If Low QIB - High HNI - Low retail in any junk IPO, apply.
4. If Low QIB - High HNI - High retail in any junk IPO, don't apply.
5. And if you take the QIB subscription to indicate the quality of the IPO, the same rules would mean: A. If high QIB, apply independent of HNI B. If low QIB, apply only if high HNI, low RII.
