Funds still blocked for 3 shni applications - icici anyone else facing same?

Fund unblocking awaited in ICICI Bank.

Today's market really a point of concern before the IPO of BHFL.Even International market not in comfortable position. Investors have lot of funds with them. So, this sell of is nor in view of BHFL IPO. Next week if further down fall comes, may be a question of concern. After all time high, some down trend is better.
Today's down trend in Govt. Shares is also a concern. Surprise of today, specially SBI Cards.
New listing of Premier Energies is also going great. IT Sector in good demand.
Vodafone, a share of great concern. Negative reports led the share down by more than 12%.
