Dear Friends:
Subscription only in HNI category once the Issue get subscribed the HNI will either decrease the Quantity or pull out there application.
It is the way to trap small investor by showing them that issue got subscribed.

Dear Friends:
Again a Bad Issue from the Future Group, As of now no Future group has not given any profit to the investor.
The IPO of FCH hit market on Jan 2008 at a price of Rs 765/- current price is Rs 175/- Loss of Rs 590 per share.
So now the promoter are thinking that pricing of Future Venture to keep at par only to fool investor again.
Where the track record of the group is negative why to invest in the same group.
PLease avoid this issue or only apply if you sell ur application in grey mkt.

Even the FCH issue Lead manager was enam.
Even for Future venture is enam, One of the third class lead manager which havent given any profit to investor from 2008 (Reliance Power). Enam only know how to fool investor and make good commission from it.

Dont be foooooooolllllllll again.

Future has not yet decided and informed to SEBI clearly regarding the use of IPO proceeds and for that SEBI cleared the IPO with a rider (which existed even during the company’s earlier attempt for IPO) that it has to necessarily deploy funds raised in the IPO within 3 years, else will be required to return the un-deployed funds back to its shareholders. Another SEBI rider is that the company must compulsorily seek shareholder approval if investment in a single venture exceeds Rs. 150 crore (i.e. 20% of IPO size).

The co is not at all transparent in sharing information at the time of issue and have decided to keep the investors in dark

While the company is more of a venture capital playber, it is regulated by the RBI as a systemically important non-deposit taking NBFC. it currrently investments in 14 companys. Macro factors such as high GDP growht and favouarable demographics are fuelling indias consumption. From the total IPO proceeds of 750 crore, over 80% will be invested in emerging business and that to in FMCG, which has lots of demand currently and in future.. I think, its really very attractive price in current circumstances. I believe that it should be invested.

Fools Brooker - BOB does have plans for bonds but the dates does not appear to be true.

Interest rates likely to go up by 75 basis points over the next few months. SBI bond rates are dropping slowly. If BOB issues bonds at higher rates then we can apply for gains.

Bird Eye View on Future Venture

Company has entered into several agreements with group companies (listed and unlisted) such as:
1.Consultancy and Advisory Services Agreement with Future Capital Holdings for recommendation on investment in business ventures and exit strategies

2.Mentoring Services Agreement with Pantaloon Retail in relation to growth of business ventures

3.Master Service Agreement with Future Corporate Resources for governance, risk mitigation, HR and IT

4.Master License Agreement with Future Ideas for use of Future Group trademarks

Agreements 1 and 2 above provide a maximum annual outgo of 1% each of the company’s adjusted networth, once the networth crosses Rs. 1,000 crore mark (which happens with this IPO), translating to approximately Rs. 15 crore fees to each of the two companies. Additionally, agreements 3 and 4 amount to about Rs. 1 crore annual outgo each to other group companies. Thus, Future Capital and Pantaloon Retail stand to draw annual consultancy / mentoring fees of upto Rs. 15 crore each, post Future Venture’s IPO.

SKDash view- Is totally a fraud Co which is on the way of their group benefit. They are giving crores of rupees to other group co for using Future group trade mark ! Surprising

For FY10, on a consolidated basis, company posted total income of Rs. 178 crore and net loss of Rs. 9 crore. During 9mFY11, total income rose to Rs. 400 crore thanks to increasing sale of retail merchandise while net loss widened to Rs. 15 crore.

SKDash view- Their income and profit are proportional :) Even if they scored income of 400 cr, their loss increased to 15 cr. So when they will earn profit ?

Its consolidated BVPS of Rs. 8.94, as on 31-Dec-2010.

Coming on to the pricing, issue price is likely to get discovered at the face value, which will be the same rate at which the promoters have invested in the company since 1996 to as recently as August 2010.

SKDash view-Promoters invested at Rs. 10 per share in 1996 and the value of that rs 10 remain same in 2011 (after 15 yrs) and I think that will remain as Rs 10 after coming 15 yrs also (i.e. 2026)

SKDaksh..

This is a game played by the registrar and lead manager to make the retailers fool..
An incentive is offered to put the application..the incentive is given only if the cheques gets passed

Some of the registrar and lead managers take some demat accounts from the brokerage house(which are dead accounts, applicants who dont apply in IPO) and apply in these accounts with the lower band price bids, to make the people fool
in such a way they show that the IPO has subscribed that much time on first day..u can easily see this by seeing that a huge no. of price bids are present in the first day subscription..

Paying commission to subscribe shares in or debentures of the Co is strictly prohibited for the Co and thats why Cos are making indirect arrangement thru brokers for payment of commission to trap the innocent investors.

Can anybody tell me when the applicant will get commission, whether 1) at the time of application or 2) if the application remain uncancelled till allotment ? If the 1st one is true, then fake investors will make simply application to get commission and to fool us about the subscription figure and will then stop their payment and innocent investors will be trapped. And if the 2nd one is correct, why the person will put Rs 2 lk at risk for just 500-600 Rs.

Anybody ?
