Subscription only in HNI category once the Issue get subscribed the HNI will either decrease the Quantity or pull out there application.
It is the way to trap small investor by showing them that issue got subscribed.

Again a Bad Issue from the Future Group, As of now no Future group has not given any profit to the investor.
The IPO of FCH hit market on Jan 2008 at a price of Rs 765/- current price is Rs 175/- Loss of Rs 590 per share.
So now the promoter are thinking that pricing of Future Venture to keep at par only to fool investor again.
Where the track record of the group is negative why to invest in the same group.
PLease avoid this issue or only apply if you sell ur application in grey mkt.

Even the FCH issue Lead manager was enam.
Even for Future venture is enam, One of the third class lead manager which havent given any profit to investor from 2008 (Reliance Power). Enam only know how to fool investor and make good commission from it.

QIB portion buri tarah say undersubscribe close hua hi only 0.23 , yah kisi co. Kay liya sarm ki baat hi.

Plz give a miss to Future Ventures Ltd IPO.

Lead manager ENAM, after listing share will trade 5 to 7 range, it is permanent lose making company so no value tillnow.

Issue got subscribed.....
We should be careful... amy be BRLM's meight have applied, they get 10% commission, so they may sell at 10% discount on listing as they will not make any loss....

V may may again become fools...

However, i am applying for listing gains... if no listing gain, i will book my loss... and will not hold..

they are manipulating heavily,wantedly applying and withdrawing the applications through corporates,they are so eager to sail through the ipo

Overall subscription came down from 0.72 to o.67 in last one hrs. Looks like QIBs are withdrawing even previously applied applications.

In 2008,Rs 35 book value of stock offered by Future group at 765. All fools applied and made it 40 to 50 times.

In 2011,Rs 9 book value of stock offered by same group with similar or better business venture,nobody is applying.

This is nothing but sentiment nothing valuations or anything,Through all books and research data and study the human sentiment and psychology.

if somehow price band gets revised to 9-10.......
i will surely bet @ lower band that is @ 9..........

chances of ipo failure will now creep in.......

co may have to reduce price band and increase the closing date....

hni seems to very very bullish,co is trying hard to lure hni investors by giving huge incentive so that somehow ipo sails through....
