In my application form by mistake mentioned wrong Beneficiary Account number of my brother in law. Shares not alloted to me and due to wrong beneficiary account no. not credited refund amount, hence please let me know what to do in this matter and to whom to contact for this matter.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND MONEY TILL DATE. I HAD APPLIED FOR 64 SHARES WORTH RS.48960/- VIDE APPLICATION NO. 13445858.

PLS DO THE NEEDFUL IN THE MATTER

I have received an intimation letter that the refund has been done, but I have not received the amount in my account.

I applied for 128 shares under application no. 34918871 and paid an amount of Rs. 97,920/- vide cheque no. 574735 however in the CAN document SRL: 174959/ 611909/ 34918871 dated 30/01/2008 bid amount shown is Rs. 48,960/- instead of Rs. 97,920/-. I have been alloted nil shares and refund amount is Rs. 48,960/- instead of Rs. 97,920/-. Thus, an amount of Rs. 48,960/- is withheld at your end due to above discrepency. Please resolve the matter at the earliest.

hv applied for 128 share of future capital...but no refund...no allotment....my application number is 71450268, i applied online through IDBI Paisabuilder.

I applied for 128 shares under application no. 34918861 and paid an amount of Rs. 97,920/- vide cheque no. 574734 however in the CAN document SRL: 174999/ 611949/ 34918861 dated 30/01/2008 bid amount shown is Rs. 18,360/- instead of Rs. 97,920/-. I have been alloted 8 shares and refund amount is Rs. 12,240/- instead of Rs. 91,800/-. Thus, an amount of Rs. 79,580/- is withheld at your end due to above discrepency. Please resolve the matter at the earliest.

I HAVE APPLIEDFOR FCHAPPLICATION NO 14325103 FOR 48 SHARE AMOUNT RS.36720.00.BUT TILL TO DAY I HAVENOT RECEIVED REFUND Rs,36720.00IN MY BANK A/C NO.053905000274,ICICI BANK Ltd. AND BANK RTGS : ICIC0000073.DO NEED FULL IN ABOVE MATTER.

Hi My father has applied 128 shares for Future Capital Holdings Limited. Till now he has neither received refund amount nor allotted shares credited to his Demat account. I have visited the site of intimespectrum.com where they shows that 8 shares are alloted.

The intimespectrum officials are neither attending any calls nor repsonding the mails. The same malacy they have done during the Mundra port issue. Now it the high time to teach them a good lesson. They are utilising our hard earned money without any interest and making us fool.

I request to all of you to write SEBI in this matter. This will teach a bitter lesson.
