Dear friends : After going through Future Capital projection and issue price please find a better company like EMKAY available at around 345/- or NTPC at 260/- slightly more or less . You will be saving high cost of acquisition and a definite and positive return compared this high cost investment please give a though to this before committing your hard earned money. Thanks
Dear All, Sharekhan has also not recommended to apply in FCH. Please refer thier view, Valuation We have compared FCH with IDFC, which has a similar business model in terms of its lending activity and private equity business. Peer comparison Company Book value P/BV Future Capital (post issue) Rs117.0 *6.5x IDFC (Sep'07) Rs 29.5 7.1x *Based on upper band price of Rs765 IDFC, an existing company with a proven track record is available at almost similar valuation as FCH. In addition, FCH is a start-up with inherent execution risk.
