As of 31 July, the company operates 42 distribution centres across India, covering about 3.80 million square feet of warehouse space. It uses a hub-and-spoke distribution model comprising 14 hubs and 105 branches across India (including franchisees) covering 11,228 pin codes across 29 states and five union territories.

In fiscal 2017, Future Supply Chain reported revenue of Rs561.18 crore as compared to Rs519.87 crore in the previous year.

It reported a profit of Rs 45.7 crore in fiscal 2017, as against Rs 29.4 crore in the previous year.

Griffin partners has sold 1,963,550 equity shares representing 4.90 percent stake in Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd to Edelweiss Crossover Opportunities Fund and EW Clover Scheme for a price of Rs 636.60 per equity share,

I just calculate mahindra logistic 1st qtr result if I take 2018 full yr ebita 936 (mi) net 604 ( mi) then as per current mkt valution 3181 cr then pe is 44.71 and eps 8.49 against paid up capital 711419240. then future is expensive then mahindra ?

Last year FEL (Future Enterprises Ltd) in April 2016 sold FSC Soulutions Ltd shares around 14% stake to SSG Capital and subsequently sold in July 2016, 12.75% stake of Future Suply Chain to Grafinn Partners...

FEL still holds 57% in FSC Solutions Ltd after 14 months now FEL floating IPO for 97 lac shares ...............the great balance sheet benefit-er to FEL (Its has to be re rated after FSC IPO) which trades at Rs 54 per share where in which Mr Poorinju invested. .........Buy FEL with target of Rs 75 within 2 months...

price band will be 650 plus in that case pe will be 55 and mkt cap will be 2543 cr not very expensive. I think againts mahindra pe was 65
