Rising Interest Rates can be the biggest dent in all finance companies for short term. It is assumed that interest rates are going to be increased by the central bank quite for a while. Discounting in advance the increasing interest rate factor , flat to minor positive listing within 5% range can be expected in this issue. Apply your strategy consciously.

Topsharebrokers rating for fusion ipo is avoid and reason given is aggressively priced. But Dilip sir given apply rating reason lucratively priced.

Who is correct in PE calculation??

Both are correct....
Topsharebrokers has written overpriced based on FY22 PE which is around 138 and dilip sir has written as per latest Q1FY23 numbers by annualizing that to calculate FY23 PE around 12....
So for FY23 number, it is just based on first quarters and we don't know same performance will be repeated in upcoming quarters or will decrease or increase....
so its upto individual perspective how they want to see it....and if someone is considering it less priced as per Q1FY23 number, then it means that they believe it can post similar or better numbers in remaining quarters of FY23....

I am not an expert but in my opinion Fusion is confusing and Global Health also seem to be risky. Not applying in both.
DCX is already clossed. Bikaji may be good for listing gains.
It's difficult to predict Share Market.
@Suraj may be correct from his sources for himself.
Take your own decision and don't blame others in case of losses.

Skipping this. Pat borrowing are points of concern. With increasing revenue, fall in pat suggests they unable to recover money from clients
