Looking to the today's volume & price activities this stock may also follow the Cyber media pattern. Most of the retailers may have sold their shares with good returns and HNI/ Operators may have acquired it. Let's see.
Can someone please tell what are the rules of selling the sme shares after buying on listing day. Can it be sold anytime after the buying day? Or is there some penalty? 🙏
@AMAN @DEPS : I am not interested to open my identity like other big hni in this platform. I don't care what you people think but If you are gaining sufficient profit, sell it out and buy again when performance in another 2 quarter comes really good. At that time, even if you buy at high price but it will be a long term growth story.
Most SME already sucked juice in the price ts only IPO hype that we are getting such listing gains. Its a BUBBLE and it will burst soon or later. Unrealistic premiums for such new companies, I dont understand WTF SEBI is doing.
There is no control on price mechanism and promotors are brining IPO with not a single penny investments.
I will soon bring my IPO next year...................1rs wala stock 120 mai bechunga.......bahut C bhare huae hai, lene wale. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Very simple SME holding formula is
PE must be 10~15 - compare with industry PE ROE 15% + Revenue Should increase 30% year on year *(Small cap case)
If so, can hold and average out......as liquidity dries by time. I had sold my KN AGRI and KRISHA at good price.......thereafter it ran 30% more and now trading 30% down than the price I sold
Thats what my experience is.
Can you trust JAYANT / EMPERYL / CYBER / SAILANI :- Its all bullshit stories. I never like to go against my conviction. Money is not that important for me. I hardly spend 2% of my Income on myself and donate 5% of my Income separately
Now you say, why I am telling you about DONATION, its kinda SHOW OFF. No its not, but I want you also to donate 5% of your income to poor n needy (Old/handicapped/orphans/widows/sick). ...... As its all about our KARMA. Keep doing good KARMA if you are capable. Its a seed and one day / one life....you will enjoy fruits of tree.
Everyday morning when you wake up from your bed, don't first put your feet on earth but touch the mother earth with hand to get its blessing first.
FINALLY I want some new investors not to hold BULLSHITS in hope of extraordinary returns..........as 2023 going to be WORST YEAR for stock market, considering worldwide bad economy and Indian election coming soon. Rupee going to fall further , Oil will be expensive, exports will be less in volume due to lack luster demand.
Market always runs 6 month ahead and you have to think 1 year ahead view about broader market.

@hamsa: there was one guy pkc i think....you are same with changed name or different person ? he was also big hni and used to apply huge like anant.... btw good lecture(thoughts) from you, but i don't think for india, our markets will go down much and even this sme boom will not slow down soon....yes valuations are too high in many good ones and even average/bad ones too, as i also keep mentioning.....
I am not any PKC........name is HA (first name) M (middle name) SA (last name)...now do you search.
Lokes : Let 1-2 big european financial institution file bankruptcy. We will talk after that.

I agree fully with Lokes. I don't think Indian markets will fall much. It will continue to outperform world markets. If world markets fall further than we can also fall a bit but fall would definitely be much less than rest of the world and would be a great buying opportunity.
As far as Sme's are concerned, I am even more bullish as it is now only that people are coming to know about sme's and participation is increasing day by day. Still as a percentage very few people have come into sme's and it would increase exponentially over next few months or 1-2 years and after that only one can expect a steep fall(or a crash) when most participants would have put their hands in this. As of now, I understand that last 2 months have been great for sme's but it is no where close to a bubble. Bubble will definitely form over time and then only it can burst. Anyways, till the time people are skeptical, markets won't fall much.
Long term view is bullish.......I am only talking about 2023. One time market will correct heavily. Company balance sheet / liquidity / currency / election......will will give adverse effect.
Btw so many SME are in market and you must know, lots of fraud will be in SME also. I am worried about their HIGHER VALUATIONS .....nothingelse.
So due to hype in market, don't buy / hold "EXPENSIVE" SME stocks.....in short/medium term, its not so beneficial.
Just tell me single good reason about JAYANT / EMPERYL / SAILANI going so up ?
In CYBER it was not subscribed well @180 and now there is upper circuit @280
How can you justify it ?
I just use my common sense and I am not so bullish in short term until 2024 elections.

Looking to the fundamentals of the company and being in Telecom sector my conservative target ( if market don't fall abruptly) within 3-6 months is 260-290. Let's see. No recommendation for this.
Those who have not sold this Frog cell may be happy as it's touched 185.40 and likely to touch the Higher ckt. This may be beneficiaries due to 5G . Risk takers may hold it tight for higher gain.

That's the big problem they apply @5x subscription. Approx cost for them is less than 1₹ (@10% interest). They sell at 75₹. In these few IPOs (Concord, frog and phantom)they make good money.😬 funny part is, if it hits lower circuit day by day people are still ready to buy as the subscription was very high.
@AMAN : I will sell CONCORD very soon. LONG TERM holding is different thing. I am not saying about LONG TERM HOLDING. As soon has sign of HYPE will go down, I will exit.........as yesterday I exit from STEELMAN for time being. I will buy it again......If it crosses 200 or goes down below 150
INSOLATION - HOLDING CARGOTRANS - SOLD CARGOSOL - SOLD 70% FROG - SOLD STEELMAN - SOLD ANNPURNA - SOLD CONCORD - HOLDING PHANTOM - 100% WILL SELL ON LISTING VEDANT - SOLD
*So if I get so many allotment in each IPO means I am applying in good HNI category.
