Is any body facing problem in applying through Axis bank ASBA. I am not able to access IPO page since yesterday evening. Its showing 500 service unavailable.

Guys keeping in view of subscription status and BLS E-Service closing on 1st. Can anyone suggest what should be applying strategy. I have 8 demat accounts. Thanks in advance

​@Tejas Pandya - you have applied few retails because of fear of amount not unblocked for BLS or other reason. Even I want to apply few retail provided amount get unblocked on time.

At around 2.00 pm the retail portion is more than 400 times now its 296 times, how it can be reduced?

Here retail subscription is more than 400 plus and still 1 more day is there, but NII is just 30 plus.

In view of this retail subscription is likely to be 650 plus times. Those who get the allotment in retail may be the luckiest one and they have to think big like big lottery ticket. They must buy the big 💪 lottery ticket, isn't it.

What are the chances of small HNI ?
I am giving priority to Delaplex and Megatherm but still want to give chance to Fonebox !

What is the process of allotment if applied for 2 or more than 2 lots (Less than 10 Lacs) in SME IPO?

​@A Newbie If applied for more than 2 lots or if applied for 2 lots your application will go into lottery with other applicants who have applied for the same number of lots and then from there you might have a slight chance of getting allotted.

In SME, applying more number of lots increases the "slight chance" to "good chance", so more number of lots with more number of applications mean higher allotment chances

Cell point ipo @100 and presently traded @48.
Is it wise to apply in Fonebox
Experts please share your views.

But for listing gains this logic do not work.

Hello experts n mentors,
Need your quick guidance on below queries which are not clear even after doing lot of google 🤓
1. If i want to apply for nii-hni, is it compulsory my PAN must show available assests of 2crore or more else application will b rejected in scrutiny?

2. I read SME ipo or HNI categories can not bid at cut-off price but on groww and upstox i can apply for it...is it subjected to reject?

3. Continuing above query, if i am not suppose to select cut off price, what bid should i place to get max chance of allotment

4. On my wife acct in upstox, i can not see the option to apply as HNI, is it upstox does not have the option or i declared income in acct in range of 2-5 lac, hence they disabled it.

​@Newbie Akash There are many platforms which support HNI, for eg. Zerodha, ICICI Direct, Pro Stocks, Angel One, etc.

My SME IPO preferences this week with reasons (Kindly correct me/ advise me if someone has different view, for the benefit of the members of the forum):

1. DELAPLEX
Reasons : Good financials, reasonable GMP, Big size and therefore easy to get allotment, Good corporate governance expected as promotor is a foreign entity (no offence for Indian promotors plz), Funds can be reused in BLS mainboard.

2. FoneBook
Reasons : Positives : Fancy GMP, Funds can be reused in BLS mainboard, SME IPO Boom
Negatives : Average Finnacials, very low net profit margin, small size therefore difficult to get allotments considering fancy GMP.

3. DOCMOD:
Reasons : Positives : Impressive financials, although very small size IPO but no QIB quota (this can be seen as negative as well), Funds can be reused in BLS mainboard, SME IPO Boom, potential of being a darkhorse.
Negatives : Very small size (Difficult to get an allotment), Low GMP as of now

4. MEGATHERM:
Reasons : Positives : Good financials, reasonable GMP, Big size and therefore easy to get allotment, HEM Brand.
Negatives : Funds can not be reused in BLS mainboard,

5. HARSHDEEP:
Reasons : Positives : Good financials (previous year figures not applicable as newly formed co,), Niche business segment, HEM Brand, SME Boom, and potential of being a dark horse.
Negatives : Funds can not be reused in BLS mainboard, Small size and No GMP as of now (GMP should not be a worry, this may be considered as a positive as well, easy to get allotment)

Right now, I am unable to comment on Mayank Cattle Food.

I appreciate your foresight and judgement, you had asked to apply for Qualitek when there was zero GMP. I am confused where to use funds. I have 5 accounts and each having balance of 10-12 lacs.

Thank you for your kind words. I will post a separate message for IPO preferences. In yours case, I suggest you to apply a retail application in each of the following SME IPOs:
1. Dela
2. Doc
3. Mega
4. Harsh.

Remaining Money, if it is more than 2 lots, can be applied in Fonebox, If you have less money left than you may apply a retail application in Fonebox as well.

Application money of Fonebox, Dela and DOC will be available for use/recycle in the mainboard IPO BLS which you must apply without fail.

hi Everyone,i am very new in this group,however i have been following all members and Admin's recommendation ,i have applied for more than 50 SME IPO from 3 accounts but haven't got a luck for a single allotment till now,can any experienced member help me how to get allotment or is there any particular trick to get the same?

Net profit margin is not even 1%.

Looks like the profitability numbers may need a scrutiny from independent financial agency. If 1% is a correct number, it is a very risky business.

GMP can be manipulated so not the right indicator to gauge business fundamentals. Problem in today's market is the ipo would get highly oversubscribed seeing this GMP and list at a higher price.
