This one is copy paste of safa systems. Only highlight is that issue is at par . Today as safa system is also available @10, why should go for this. even in such fast growth sector with good sales there is marginal loss.

It reminds me about Safa systems, almost everything is identical,

same lead managers
same registrar
same issue price
same kerala based company,

almost same segment.

interesting, isnt it ?

Note : Safa gave 57% gains on listing.

@Ravu... after listing at 17 it nose dived to 8.5 too. Now hovering around 10.8-11.0, this 2nd companies issue could be the reason. Safa had huge subscription, I will wait till last day..

@Avenue , Yes , only looking for some listing gain based on subscription. This field have high competition and margin is very less.
