I would suggest that try upi method, its faster to unblock too.Im seeing that You are not getting ipo despite having good demat accounts and funds,. instead of knowing the outcome you shld try diferent application methods, different broker (such as groww,since its free), check kyc and name (match with bank account name), etc etc etc. Opportunity shld not be lost.

Minimum amount is 15000[1 lot]. Yes. you can sell all on listing day.
