Avoiding. I like the general sector of used cars biz, but these guys Used Car biz revenue is dropping.

In current FY, only 40% of revenue is from used cars, rest from IT services which makes little sense to me. And their share of used cars sales is falling YoY. Management using lot of buzzwords like AI Blockchain etc when it's essentially a single showroom in NCR where revenues are falling, and to cover up, they are doing vanilla IT services. I find nothing attractive. @Sanchit Jain

I can see MM is Rikhav. Can that be a concern as well ?

Irrespective of LM, MM in general there is nothing enticing in this. Mgmt are already indicating pivoting to other business line which in itself isn't established plus no strong backing from their earlier business of used cars. Unnecessary fancy created around it. Comparison with peers who are actually not linked in anyways if we look at the current business outlook of Finelistings

On top of this bring in Fedex and Rikhav and you have your answer what to do with this, though current markets are such like where scrap is king and this might be too !! @R.R.R

Financials are good but that is past.
We need to invest looking at the future so anyone who is confident about the future of the company can definitely take some risk.
I'm avoiding this as i don't belive in this business.
This is a trading business where there are very less chances to make your operations more efficient and reduce your expenses. Here company can increase their profit either by making more sales or increase their margin and both are highly risky because once margin is increased people may or may not buy from them.
But there's one thing for sure that Genz has a craze for the luxury cars so yes whenever they have such huge disposable income they'll definitely buy it so the opportunity is huge but that all depends upon the income level (high).

Not necessarily. Recent example: 2 weeks ago, Shivam chemicals had similar avoid rating and thus low subscription. It was listed at low + premium and has been hitting upper circuit every day since listing.

​@Palka A person who has aversion to loss can't be investor. Profit and loss are two inevitable results of any investment. We can not avoid.

Also to consider another aspect where MM is Rikhav and in recent past it surprisingly managed to list 3 issues in a day without any negative listing. @Nitin oswal

haven't been through prospectus. But company only has 5 employees. In IT service section of website they mentioned that company provides website development services then how come their own website is designed by other agency?
