1. ASBA applications will reflect in subscription figure after blocking of fund.
2. UPI application will be also reflect in substitution after blocking of fund.
3. Time to accept UPI mandate will only till IPO is live, not till next days noon.
Congratulations SEBI, I THINK THEY HAVE LEARNED LOT FROM FROM LIC.

allotment will be very tough unless some negative news like Russia Ukraine war escalation will come.

What Is the rule for NII in SME issue

HNI subscription in day 1 and 2 is little suspicious .
I think it is better to consider the NII bid that applied only on last day .

Don't trust subscription figures blindly, as now even HNI can apply for 4 lots via UPI...

Many of the banks have not supporting 3rd party application. So it depends on your bank .

Most of the times HNI come into play on the last day post 12noon. So too early to judge.

It seems to be fairly oversubsrcribed after a long time.

Can i apply through upstox? will there be chance of listing? as i am small investor i am hoping to get some listing, obviously i can endure some lose i will keep SL any expert advice for this ipo as i can only hold for couple of weeks of only @noorul @lokes @mravichandran @monsterzero @jethalal

Upstox is not providing SME ipo Service, only through zerodha or your bank ASBA.

so can i put my upstox cdsl no. in ASBA mode and apply, because i have seen sme stock in upstox they are there present as a scrip [ this is what confusing me ] so like upstox don't have sme ipo apllication window only main board ipo are there in apply window then why the SME are there present as a scrip
i hope my doubt was clear i will re-write it, if it is unclear as i am still learning terms'

NII subcategory is applicable to Book built IPO (Not in Fixed price) . As far as I know, it is applicable to both mainboard and SME ipo. However most of the SME IPO are fixed price.

Seller of an IPO application gets Kostak rate irrespective of allotment, and subject to sauda rate provided she gets allotment.

Most of the banks will not allow third party application.

While estimating requirement of working capital the actual and estimates for CASH AND CASH EQIVALSNTS are as under
Year 2020 21. Rs.225.25Lacs

Year 2021 22 Rs. 268.01 Lacs
Year 2022 23. As. 791.02. Lacs
Year 2023 24 Rs 1866.43 Lags.
Whether the Co. Is bringing this ipo for holding cash?

lokesh ji, m ravichandran ji and other experts. i guess ab cotspin, precesion metelika,,maruti interior, swaraj suiting ke financial aa gaye honge. do we expect some improvement in their share price. pl. share your opinion.

if possible if any body has some information about parin furniture and how it will perform in near future, pl. share that as well.

This is a Fixed price IPO , there is no sub category for NII

I think SBI ASBA will show this ipo from tomorrow onwards.

Subscription number on the first day looks attractive. Yes, the IPO is small. But 1.58 times subscription on the first day indicates the good demand.

Sbi not allowing this ipo.

Yes me also could not apply as SBI not showing this IPO. There may be some error in their site. I think it will be resolved today or tomorrow.
