@ajnabee.. if you are comfortable with 2-3 lots.. than you can apply with that much amount .. I don't think it will list in discount. I will apply near about 40 lots to get 1.

SME IPOs already have their own set of problems and FED changes are least significant. Infact FEDs will be kicking their heads if they subscription figures tomorrow.

Retailers should be 15 times

May B 70 times...HNI

Did you apply for FONE4 COMMUNICATIONS SME IPO? Are you holding onto it. Till date i have just got 3 allotments, KN Agri, Krishna Defence and Fone4Communications.. and now stuck in FONE4 COMMUNICATIONS, does averaging makes sense in FONE4 COMMUNICATIONS? What are your views..

I sold fone4.. because company is not looking solid on financial parameters.. and I won't advice you about averaging in IPOs ... Which are not having a healthy balance sheet.

Here I will apply few lots for sure .. let's see how the subscription figure jumps after 12.

I may apply to get just one lot, not more. (most of the recent SME's shares were beaten down heavily, and market is also volatile. Not interested in applying FF here)

While trying to apply this IPO from HDFC Bank netbanking, getting error which states - ""Application Not Accepted as Product CutoffTime is Less Than Current Time.

May be some other technical issue. Cut off time matters on the last day only. Today, subscription figures have changed between 3PM and 5 PM. On days other than last day, banks accept without any cut-off time, but acceptance by exchanges is till 5 PM.

@Trueinfo - Exactly that was my thought process. I wrote mail to HDFC bank and later was able to apply for IPO at around 6pm.

Of the 10 IPOs handled by the Lead Manager Shreni Shares, 1 closed at below issue price (- 1.13%) on listing day. Other 9 closed at premiums ranging between 0.34 % to 25 %.

Can I apply third party application

Some banks allow this. You need to check with your bank. For example, SBI YONO Lite App is having this facility but not the SBI Net banking.
