In the DRHP, preferential allotment for federal Bank shareholders was inputted, but in RHP not shown. Donot know why they have removed shareholder quota

True, they have decided to offer NO SH quota and hence omitted the same in RHP. This IPO may not sail through fully, it appears. Another reason for lack luster response will be clashing of dates with other attractive IPOs.

Gmp of fedbank is 8 - 10 rs.
Wait for last day for 5 to 10 % listing gain..

Dilip Dawadaji says in his review write-up that well informed investors may apply. What he meant to say? If someone is already well informed then why he would need to read his review? And if someone like me who wants to rely on his expert advice then shouldn't I consider myself as well informed? If yes then what's the logic behind him saying so in each & every review notes?

BTW will he clarify the logic behind some of his other comments also. Such as details furnished regarding..
1) "average purchase price of promoters".
The information is not useful since decision investment cannot be based on this. It's only for GK. Instead of that the review should focus more on valuation. He never discuss on other benchmark other than PE & PB.
2) Another absurd comment often appears there that "...thus the issue is fully priced" Whenever there is+ve PE ratio that means issue is fully priced. This is confusing when he says further that issue attractively priced. How come this, when it is fully priced already?

Sirji, i have said & accepted it in my post itself if that if "...someone like me who wants to rely on his expert advice then shouldn't I consider myself as well informed?" As you mention if I have to study those aspects or I understand those, then why should one read his reviews? When someone is SEBI / NSE certified adviser then his advise needs to be after taking into account all such scenarios that you have enumerated. How I am wrong in expecting that? By the way I am not critical of anybody, rather I feel frustated when he expects me to be well informed.

If someone unable to inform you what to do then automatically become well inform ...???

Around 16% of the loan book of the company is unsecured business loans and the RBI directive on revised norms about risk weightages may impact the company business fortunes as the It will led to increase of the borrowing costs. So one need factorize this thing while applying for the IPO.

Ab capital ka bhi aaj band baja hai, clearly avoid

Fedbank Financial Services Limited provides Gold Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loan Services. RBI policy changes will not have any adverse impact on majority of its operational segments. But at current price offer, PE is more or less in line with the sector PE. Not much left on table for listing gains. May be avoided.

Yes, it appears to be fully priced and nothing left on table. PE is in line with the sector PE. Let's see how the response for this IPO turns up in coming days. Will take call accordingly.

Esaf is struggling, and with new rbi guidelines, listing gain here may be very less..

With 5 ipos opening at same time, feedback financial and flair can be avoided...

Unsecured loans as percentage of total loans is 15%, so little impact due to guidelines. Major portfolio is loan against property and gold loans, both having collateral
