One can see strong institutional demand from the fact that existing promoters are able to sell Rs 330 crore of equity to 4 QIBs at higher price band. These people will also suffer lock in of 6 months compared to shorter lock in period of anchor. These investors are so much convinced that they dont want to apply under QIB quota as well as buy on listing day. Simpler to buy at single stroke of pen at a fixed price unlike floating price on listing day

Simple words- Hats off to Fed fina . They are actually able to increase IPO size and reduce overhang on the counter

Looking like flat listing. The one who love the company and its logo may buy on listing, some bucks here and there won't matter. I don't see any logic to block the fund considering negative opinion of the house which is in line with my personal opinion also. IRM though good company; factored the EV news on listing and still struggling. I feel fedbank fin has to factor the same on listing. The current 5 % Grey premium will be offset with RBI policy decision on NBFC. However this company should be tracked for long term investors to enter for meaningful gain post listing ( not immediately).

The bank has bunch of Thieves. Major off Iverson such as CEO, VICE PRESIDENT,are involved in cheating case. They showed in the bank statement that they disbursed loan amount fully. But they had disbursed only partial amount. Thus this is cheating. Further there is also misappropriation as there is no evidence to what happens to thar money. There is criminal case against them in JMFC 4 KALYAN

By observing comments from various quarters the impression one gets as of now is that the Issue has been unattractively priced and may just scrap through with QIB support. To wait and see Anchor list and and the interest of other categories by 3 pm on Issue closing day and then take a call.

Dont know about GMP. But RBI rule does not impact them as nearly 90% of their portfolio is secured loans
