What are the chances of discount listing ? How much ? Any idea??

The RHP is good, numbers are good, promoters are also good. It is a brand. Anchor also good.

Qib's didnt participate? What is the catch ?

Listing is surely expected to be in discount but deep is the question. And much time is it likely to take to recover to ipo price.

@Arun Jindal, nothing is sure dear in share market. It's known for surprises. Most often, what happens is contrary to expectations.

​@Arun Jindal ji. as @Trueinfo ji said, nothing is sure in the stock market. The subscription stats and GMP are poor, but that does not guarantee a discount listing. There can be surprise moves in either direction. The more important question is what your risk appetite is. Every investment has downside risk and only you can know how much you are willing to risk losing. You can hope for the best but size your position to a level you are comfortable with and keep a stop loss to manage downside if things don't go the way you hope.

I think they are not interested to manage ipo with grey.

No premium, no grey sauda.

So they just want to manage ipo with their own source and not for good listing.

Just list as per current price +- 10 and run as per their conveninece for long term, like govt ipo..

So no need to apply for listing gain. For long term , you can also buy after listing .

Applied, but not with full force due to lack of fund. It's 3/4 Lots applied and expected to get 2/3 Lots. (2 out of 3 applied).

For Long Term only as hardly 5% listing gain can be expected.

​@Arun Jindal I see you posting that you are likely to get a good chunk in allotment and then you yourself are predicting discount listing. If thought process is contrary in itself, the expected results can be likewise. Best is to analyse what can be analysed and leave speculations regarding lisitng aside. It may turn out as predicted or completely different altogether

Will the holding of this share for long time be ok, as I am likely to get good amount of shares, experts Pl guide can I hold it for long time to get gains.

I think just because of the clash with other IPo subscription number is less.

​@Very Small Investor Fedbank pricing was at higher side with no gain left on the table, which is the main reason of low subscription.

They could have priced it atleast below 100

Why did the clash not affect subscription numbers of TataTech, Gandhar, IREDA, Flair and RockingDeals ? The valuation is on the higher side compared to other clashing IPOs, as reflected by GMP and subscription stats, and True North, the major selling OFS shareholder, obviously put the interests of their own investors above that of the IPO investors.

Bad timing of IPO, along with other good and very good IPOs. Very bad subscription figures.
Full allotment likely in bHNI. May be in sHNI also. Employees are also not confident and not subscribed fully.
Take care of funds. I think investors might have exhausted due to non availability of required funds. In these circumstances better to avoid this. No need to be in stress.
I have already given AVOID call in my earlier post.
I am not applying. AVOID. I have no funds available for all other IPOs also.

​@Liger Yes, you are correct. Pricing is high. I told in my earlier post. When there is very good choices, investors try to upgrade their category and avoid such IPO.
​@PLAZA Interaction with you after long. Yes, investors have no problem of funds. Just see the subscription figures of SME, Rockingdeals. Subscribed over 161 times by retailers. Issue size of 21 cr. Not that small. Nobody in this forum is talking about Rocking of Rockingdeals.
If there were no such good issues with Fedbank, it would have got good subscription figures, irrespective of pricing.

This time I have changed the strategy and sold all applications in grey in fixed and relaxed and only flair is open . Now will analyze THE FINAL RESULT OF THE NEW EXPERIANCE ..

Good that I skipped this one.

Highly chances of discount listing. I have avoided this in first look itself.

Signs for listing are not good. Looks like most BHNI applicants are going to get about 4x the shares they bargained for, so there will extra selling pressure on the day of listing.

did not apply here, managements should know that some discount to the fair value should be given to investors if they want to attract investments in IPO.

Applied one BNI now scared if they will allot all, it can cause good amount of loss

Send mail to RTA with all relevant details before finalization of BOA to cancel the application if you want so.... Follow it up...They will cancel it.
bHNI will surely get confirmed full allotment of shares worth 10L.
Listing could end up disappointing after recent RBI order. All small banks facing the heat. It is a good company though parent Fed bank shares are a better bet than this.

​@Justalearner ji, I believe according to SEBI norms, a NII application can only be upsized once it is submitted. It cannot be cancelled or downsized. I don't think the RTA can cancel it.

Fedbank may be a good to look at post listing. I haven't applied. Lets see if I am right or not. The market has capability to surprise, lets see

Track this after listing, due to big players it's not give the adequate listing gain.
Keep eyes on bulk deal after listing.

In this page you have given in the subscription status the number of application received as 333971. As 1 time Retail application wise is 260120 Forms, the subscription ap wise is 1.28 as against 2.40 mentioned . Pl check and confirm.
