Financials are decent, governance is decent, strong promoter, niche market, 86% secured assets no impact of recent RBI guideliness. Consistent growth in gold loan portfolios, priority lending. Anchor also well reputed and strong.

Than why no subscription ?

​@CA. Mumbai I feeling so bad to read your post. I think you had not gone through posts here in this IPO. Many members were against this IPO. GMP was not at all. Even in my post, I told that not going to apply even if I have funds. Done is done. When there was no good subscription figures, it was better to avoid or applied in other categories. Big amount likely to be blocked. You are only the best judge to take further decision.
THIS IS THE TIME WHEN WE LEARN A LOT.
Never repent, but learn by mistakes.
Hope that listing doesn't go bad and you need not get any losses. Positive listing may also be possible even for a rupee or two or more. Nothing certain in Share Market.

​@CA. Mumbai ji, don't you think the asking valuation was too high ? This is not a new-age company with a unique moat for investors to pay a premium valuation. There are many NBFCs trading at a cheaper valuation in the secondary market. Why should investors pay a premium for this stock ? The competing IPOs were either market leaders or offered a unique exposure or compelling valuation , none of which this company did.

GMP is now down to 0, it would appear, so discount listing is definitely a possibility. If you track the last few mainboard IPOs, the listing price has been within -10 to +5 percentage points of the price implied by the GMP provided on the website on the last day.

​@PKRAJ ji, I am just responding to the questions asked. My intention is not to hurt anyone's feelings. I myself have made many investment decisions that have resulted in big losses, but I try to learn from my own and others' mistakes.

Listing has still not happened. Everything is just speculation until then. I hope everybody involved can make a profit, but my sugarcoating things is not going to change the facts.

I appreciate that you took contra call.....seeing subscription figure of other ipo closing at same time..... This is true that people make money in ipo where subscription is low otherwise heavily subscribed ipo are not allotted hence no gain....
Looking to financials , brokers review, anchor book and promoter pedigree in most chances it should list in premium may be it is rs 2-10 like TVs supply chain.

However it is lesson to everybody that risk shall be taken that much which can be tolerated...
