Market advisor bhai mere there was shareholder quota in drph but now they have withdrawn in rhp. Many investors bought 1 share of Federal bank for getting eligible in shareholder quota. That is why he is using the word chuna

Don't make mis assumptions.

It's betrayal because they mentioned in DRHP about shareholders quota , but now at the end they removed!

That's why I told jokingly what they did.

Everyone bought in all accounts in hope that , they will get reservation for Allotment which is always tough in good IPO.
Same happened in cyient and balaji even withdrawn IPO

They are coming with IPO to get money from investors and
Saying yes first then later no to investors is dishonesty..

Try your luck. Go ahead and buy. Its matter of Rs 150.

As of now there is no news of RHP being filed. So if you buy today and they do not file RHP today, you will be eligible for SH quota.

But if they file RHP today then you would not be eligible and as papon ji has said just go ahead and buy, it is just 150 Rs.

If you lose you may lose 150 odd but you may gain far more with SH quota, your choice..

Even 150 will not be lost. You hold federal bank share, which can be sold off later.

You should have the shares in your demat account at least one day prior to the RHP filing date. So if you had bought it today. It will come to your account tomorrow.
If the company files RHP tomorrow, you will not be eligible....
for any date after tomorrow.... You will be eligible.

Means for retail each retail ac required: 105000 per ac to apply all ipo plus shareholder

If they file RHP today then you are not eligible if they file tomorrow then you are eligible..

I think RHP needs to be filed atleast 1 week before the issue start.
So, looks like Fedbank Financial IPO is delayed for now.
