If compared to the recently listed Aluwind to get a jist,

-Margins are somewhat better than Aluwind which is why asking price is steep.
-Lower sales and client wise Aluwind had more -renowned names and since this business works more on repeated client base, better the names, its gets more beneficial.
-Since clients are less renowned company is able to command pricing resulting in higher EBITDA and PAT
-Around 1/3rd the order book size that of Aluwind which is visible in the amount of inventory at hand increasing YoY
-Good thing is without QIB, the size is not that big to absorb which was the case in Aluwind
-Sector is booming and is poised to do well going ahead
-Cash flows are negative but due to operations being in specific regions and concentrated and more so due to longer operating cycles
-Controlled debt to equity is good
-Promoter group isn't extensively experienced
-Export orders are visible but miniscule compared to domestic sales, further the export orders are the ones that led to dip in the sales in one of the previous years so less reliable

LM has a mixed record and only underwrites 15% of the issue. On the other hand MM has done well recently and with underwriting 85% of the issue, brings positivity.

Attention and optimism is low due to VI sucking and blocking some liquidity out of the markets.

Listing can be +/- 5% and real worth should start post listing only.

Aluwind Better in all aspects, clients like L&T and Birla better Geographical reach, offered at a lesser P/E , listed in discount. 

Couldn’t get rationale behind IPO pricing of Falcon. Anyone knows what magic is going to be played here for better listing???

Sorry, you asked for Faalcon too. For Faalcon, I am not getting comfort of applying so far, as the data on public is not much to analyze and conclude.. I still have one more day, so will take call accordingly.

For those who find the name funny, or alluding to Patanjali wale Ramdev, or who are not aware - Ramdeo baba is actually the name of a local deity worshipped in several parts of Rajasthan, Gujarat and even Maharashtra.
In fact, there is a temple and a college/university by same name in Nagpur.
