Thanks for this information. But annual profit is in the range of 3 to 6 crore only during last 3 years. Where from this figure of Rs. 75 crore has been taken?
Another Retail only 10%. Also how to get allotment? Is it completely luck based? I usually apply in retail category for approx 1 lakh₹. Of 10 IPO I applied, only got allotment for 1
@V Krishna It is nothing but luck that matters in lottery as most issues get oversubscribed. Secondly, if you are applying in retail segment for the issue which is going to get oversubscribed, there is no extra advantage to apply for more than one lot in a single application. Keep applying. All the Best 👍
@Hemarajsinh Company revenue from operations is based on two broad segments : Critical Power and EV Charger. There is one segment to the other which resulted in overall degrowth of 16% in revenue during last financial year. However, there is no dip in PAT and it infact has increased marginally. Source : DRHP filed by company.
@Monster Zero Any views on esaf q3 results. Increase in npa is hammering the stock, but is it fair valued? PS: avoid telling target price lol

Company's website is interesting. In the 'Recent happenings' column, there are no happenings shown after January 2020. Are there no activity worth mentioning?
@antarix Ha ha ha.. Good observation. Probably the webmaster was not paid enough or the team forgot to update the same after pandemic (Just on a lighter note). However, under Who We Are segment of their website, company evolution give details upto the year 2023.
This company appears to be having rather an exciting business vertical related to EV charging and will have first mover advantage. Nahin ? Let's watch what all this counter has to offer in its IPO.
Yes, the price band for the issue could be around Rs 140-145 per share implying a post-listing market capitalisation of Rs 1,750 crore as reported by CNBCTV18. Lets keep a watch.
@Seth. ji - Unfortunately constrained about mentioning some of the aspects since those are based on private conversations and hence unconfirmed. However, some relevant key word search would throw up some interesting articles which could help you understand why I'm apprehensive. I always prioritise preservation of principal over returns and hence a little less adventurous, unfortunately.
Keep minting!

@NeoLongus@Rppg why so? I mean, I don't know the aspect that you are referring to and also new to the market. Could you shed some light on the Nahata's hidden agenda..!?
Just tell me about that ki ipo launch hone se pehle ye kese pata lagaye ki usme share holder category hai ya nahi.. ya uski record date kya hai and all about related to it …:( Is there any website for it to check category ?? Please any expert answer this question…
@Ujjwaljain For IPO, company has to file DRHP with SEBI where such details will be furnished. Once SEBI approves the draft (takes about one to three months), co. files RHP and date of filing RHP is generally considered cutoff date for having atleast one share of parent co. if SH quota is applicable or offered.
Other easier way to find upcoming IPOs with probable SH is to Google search. Also being active in this forum will benefit as members keep sharing the info.
Bhai tum har Page pe same question kyun puch rhe. Shareholder quota saal me ek baar aata hai kisi ipo me. Usme bhi subscription itna hai ki milta nhi hai. Isiliye itna koi importance nhi hai shareholder quota ka
