​@A. Rajput HUF is governed under Hindu law board and could be formed by a married couple or by members of a joint family. HUF could be formed by two members and at least one among them should be a male member of the family. Senior most male member of the family would become 'Karta'.

​@Harsh Newguru  It is not necessary to include brothers and sisters. HUF cannot be formed by a group of people who do not constitute a family; lineal descendents with a common ancestor is a must. Kindly seek professional legal advise.

HUF should be opened only there is a child..You will get income tax notice if you dont follow it..HUF deed requires you to mention name of all member

Exicom is comparatively bigger sized IPO and chances of listing gains are expected to be more v/s Platinum. Nothing can be said regarding the long-term however.
Choice is yours.

5000 million (500 cr.) minus 71 cr. raised in pre IPO leaves 429cr. That’s the total amount of this IPO. So, what’s the issue?

The company issued 5259257 shares at Rs. 135 per share (worth Rs. 71 cr.) in January 2024 as pre-IPO placement, and accordingly its fresh equity issue size is reduced to that extent.

​@Chhote Lal Absolutely correct, GMP in percentage is more valuable info than the values. That way it is easier to visualize both the listing gains and the demand.

For example, if you mention GMP Rs.150 (looks good), but for issue price of Rs.1500, this GMP is only 10%. And if the issue price is Rs.200, then the GMP of Rs.150 is a massive 75%.

I have stopped writing the posts but not stopped reading the posts. I aways go through posts of this forum. But I could not stop myself from sharing few eors with members.
However the members are quoting the GMP as per their personal sources. Some member like @B.M.SURANA and others have good contacts with brokers and they share the GMP in this Forum. There are many other sources to know the GMP. This should be individual decision to believe any source.
I am disappointed ro read this chain due to the comments of members. One must follow good language and not indulge in any controversial language. None of the members can stop writing the post of any member. One must do his own homework and do some calculations at own level. This is my humble request to the members. @Chhote Lal keep sharing.
Always we have to do homework in all respect before investing and to avoid blaming others.
I may like to share one quote as usual :
