I have one query. If the issue price is 64 and someone who got allotment places sell order in pre-open at 64 but the issue gets listed at 66, wil the order get executed? and at what price?

the issue is lucratively priced , read this line about this IPO,
So Exhicon ka listing aachha hi hoga,
Sab IPO Ka listing USK ipo jaisa nahi hota ,
1 IPO ka listing NEGATIVE huwa to sab ka aaisa hi hoga ye sochna hi galat hai.
Agar aaisa hota to aab tak sme ipo ka
Aana hi bandh ho gaya hota,
So forget USK n moov on next IPOs.
