So too many classes. apply where there is chance of allotment, don't block fund for the sake of applying, otherwise you will miss all.

How emotional some people are.

In 1994, when our company Raju Engineers was about to do public issue, my elder brother Mr. Chandrakant bhai gave shares of the promoters to many relatives and friends free of cost and most of the friends and relatives. Many people have kept those shares till now and many have sold them as per need. Our company has been paying dividend ranging from 10 to 35% to share holders since 2002.

After that, economic, family, social, small, big and good nursing events happened in our life. Two to five percent of the people who were given shares, kept in constant contact and cooperated like family members as per the need. Everything is going very smoothly, there is no pain or tension, people are interacting with each other according to their time and convenience.

But when it comes to money, he calls and says that we,

old jogi,
You gave shares of Raju,
Your elder brother gave the shares for free,
Earn a lot in your old shares….
Don't value your family...
You don't even meet...
How long have I been thinking of calling you...

I was also surprised that why this man has been saying such things for the last 10 or 20 years? Why did we suddenly remember...

But then he himself says that your new issue comes and get some shares in it or give some of the promoters' share... I am a person close to you...

As soon as it was announced that the issue of our company was coming on 16th, the phones of people who did not even remember, who had not received any call for the last 10-20 years, started calling.
Stay away from congratulating... Just give me some of your share soon. There was only one thing.....

We have forgotten how much we have done for that man with all our feelings, we have also forgotten that example of a man and we are living with our family with peace of mind. Don't remember anything?

Looks good. Good anchor investor too. I hope the info on Morganstley subscribing in QIB turns out to be OK. earlier I have found some such info by some people on Spectrum talent IPO which may not have been correc t.

I have just heard about it and mentioned it as "HOS".
Secondly, I have heard that from a reliable source (my reliable sources). So I am positive.

Your view on Rajoo engineering, same management continue downtrend.

TBH, Rajoo engineering last 5 year return is nothing. After stock split in 2009, stock has failed to give average return

@DHARMENDRA SHARMA I am not sure where did you see continue downtrend.

Net Profit:
FY 2020: 1 Cr
FY 2021: 10 Cr
FY 2022: 15 Cr
FY 2023: 10 Cr

The last year was not good but I don't see continue downtrend.

Moreover, Rajoo is handled by 1st generation, while Essen is managed by 2ns generation. These are just my views.
