No, you cannot. But if an IPO has shareholder quota, then, you could apply for retail and shareholder or HNI and shareholder..

Canara bank has provided a kit while opening the account including Debit Card n internet banking n passbook etc .
Internet banking is doing well
All applications through ASBA
But problem is in INDIA
Some reference required in PSU bank
For this type of work
This is confirm I use minor through CANARA

MULLANGI, ji ICICI, KOTAK and YES banks allow IPO application against flexi FD.

In ICICI it is called MONEY MULTIPLIER FD (not normal FDs) ..and lt works very well.

You should check whether auto sweep facility available in your bank. This will create FD when balance is above certain limit at the same time such money could be utilised for IPO application. I am using this facility with IDBI Bank.
