There looks a game here. Within few minutes of listing, stock price starts moving up. Around levels of 74 heavy quantity must have been sold, which then helped downward movement in price due to selling pressure. Later on at lower level of 68.5-69 shares were again bought. Point is this stock is seating on very attractive PE value in comparison to other SFB and will soon move upward for its journey towards levels of 90-100. By the way, in pre-open market before 9:45am i bid for price of 70 rupees to buy this share, though GMP was showing 16-17 range above offer price of 60.

Why there is no any bulk deal?

I have bought some today and doing some reserch post buying. is this is a risk ?
1, ESAF bank has unsecured book of nearly 75%
2. ESAF bank has a return of assets of around 1.6% isnt it very low for unsecured lending. Ujjivan , credit access grameen etc have a ROA of upwards of 4%
3. Post covid they have done some aggrssive write off and sale to ARC
The bank has written-off ₹495 crore and has sold ₹588 crore of NPA to ARC, further improved collections and reduced slippag es resulted in lower NPA levels at
the end of FY23. In addition, the bank has also sold technical written-off accounts aggregating to ₹487 crore to ARC

Hey @Abias  looks like that :-) . Looks like there will be a nim contraction going forward "Q2FY24, our NIM was at 11.98 percent. Going ahead, we will see a rise in the cost of funds, which will affect our NIM. Hence, we will look at maintaining an NIM between 9.5 and 10 percent."
They also need to bring their unsecured book down and also diversify more quickly from Kerala( which they are doing) . Unsecured book plus concentration can be bit risky. Eg of Bandhan bank

Was Very Busy Yesterday and Today so couldn't share Listing Strategy

To be Honest our Listing Strategy would have been a Failure as I personally expected Listing happening at around 76-78

I was not allotted here
But I have bought a good chunk @70.5 and placed some more at 68.5
I am expecting a good move on next Trading session
On FY24 Earnings it's still trading at a PE of 6.5× Still 30% scope clearly left on table

I am going to hold for atleast 20% gains or 30 days whichever is earlier

From my personal point of view , I don't like the company Also Mirza International due to their Promoters who refused to supply Leather Shoes to Indian Army due to their religious beliefs
I don't keep Money above Country's Self-esteem

You shld exit. The reason being, public holding is increasing and fii,dii is almost 0%. Also the margins are just 1-2% and it will remain in that band no matter what,
its a trading business. And rumours of adani exiting the JV means no punters wants to hold.
ps- i had buyed AWl at listing price of 227 and exited yesterday after the news. I had removed my capital and only free shares were their.
