Corporate earnings increased on CAGR of 10-15%...of index stocks..

Now in last two quarters of 2010-11 earnings are aexpected to grow 15% and 25% resepectively...!!

India's GDP grew at 7.%% on an average in three years

Now last quarter was 8.9% GDP growth

Monsoons were good this time

Agricultural growth is also good and as per Planning Commission Chairman MONTEK SINGH AHLUWALIA is going to grow at 3-4%

India's 1.3 trillion dollar GDP as per World Bank and CRISIL and FICCI and Planning Commison is set to double now in 5 years to 2.1 trillion dollars

India's GDP Growth rates is now said to overtake CHINA from 2011 onwards till 2017....

and then grow at an average of 8% for next 10 years ....!!

Plz define what is overvalued....!!

Yes corrections will happen bcoz of external shocks, government in power shift etc...

But if you want first ARMAGEDDON TO happen

and since so long you did not invest in market from 8000 to 20,000

because you thought that JUDGMENT DAY WILL HAPPEN..!!

Eros is getting listed tomorrow and it should see moderate listing gain of 25- 30%.

It's Business is very good and it is a kind of portfolio stock. If one can hold for long term, it is bound to give very good returns.

The one positive thing this that Media stocks are doing very well. Reliance Media soared 37% today. So Eros also has lot of potential. Hold for long term.

What should be the fair price of Eros. I don't beleive in GMP as the figures vary from city to city. Analysts predict Rs 50-60 premium in valuation. What should we do i.e. at what price we should exit with listing gains.
