Yes, you are absolutely correct, all the 4 points are good particularly first 2 posts, it will be appreciable if chittorgarh team look into these points.

@ Moderators, SJ, Srini, KKNat, Gem, Ravi, other sensible members:

I think the option to post anonymously should re removed from this site. It is causing more harm than convenience to all the members. One has to sift through hundreds of post to find some sensible ones.

I suggest the following things which will greatly improve the quality of this site:

1. Remove anonymous posting.

2. Have a search option, where one can search by any keyword. Also if someone can search by member id, he can see all the members posts.

3. Using 'Report Spam' option, for any abusive or illogical post, if say 20 or more members report it as 'spam' or 'abusive', it will go for moderator's review and they can remove it from the site.

4. Appoint a few old and trusted members as moderators to maintain the overall decorum in the site.

I would like the members mentioned in the above post to plz convey my message to the mods else this post will be simply lost among 100s others.
