I just have 1 application bhaijan I am not yet prepared to HNI section Retail - market is expecting 15 +/- 1 times so very less chances for me (in CDSL) I am tiny spot in universe, so it doesn''t matter what i get, what I do not
You could be a tiny spot in this universe of market, but you are fast gaining in stature in this forum by helping others and providing various information. All the best.
IPO sir, as our elders say, IPO market is satta market, still sebi did a lot to safeguard retail investors, if we get +30% in 7 days, its satta not investment, so should be ready to loose -30% too
Investors who applied in Tejas and Eris don''''t need to worry about low subscription from QIB, NII, Retail. Because of 4 IPOs at same time, money crisis is in market. Retail investors are in dilemma to apply in which IPOs out of 4. How to allocate funds to each or best ipos. Most of the retail investors invested in CDSL as full force and minimum to ERIS or Tejas. After all CDSL is best out of 4. ERIS on second and Tejas on third place.
For big investors QIB and NII situation is little different. They are using some one else'''' money. Recently in last two IPOs HUDCO and S Chand they have burned their fingers. Now they are more cautious. They want to invest in low risk high return ipo. Only choice left for them is CDSL.
At present market condition is good and some external factors like good monsoon forecast, support from opposition for President''''s election, GST rollout etc. will boost more energy in market in near future. If you are mid to long term investor then you don''''t need to worry about ERIS and Tejas. May be no listing gain but within months investors will get good return.
Appreciate your outlook as it instills hope in Eris. Following link also helps in similar way... for investors to have faith in Eris... rather than getting panicked by what majority does... http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets/ipos/fpos/should-you-invest-in-eris-lifesciences/articleshow/59156044.cms
Any one remember sheela foam? subscription number very low I think retail portion was not fully subscribed and full allotment was done whoever applied. Icici pru ipo listed below the issue price and now almost 35% up from the issue price even one year is not completed also given dividend. Return is never guaranteed in the market. what is the risk in tejas? max. 2000/- loss. What is the risk Eris? around 1500/- loss. People are already panicked. You have to take a risk in IPO market and some patience. Last IPO of PSP project was listed below the issue price and now its trading around 294/- up almost 40% up. if you want guaranteed return than Bank FDR is best option for you.
Request member of this forum not to believe blindly & do your one study, analysis and research before taking Investment call.. To the subcribe prediction for S Chand, Tejas and Eris went wrong by experts/ pandits in this forum.. So, be careful for both primary and secondary market when market is on lifetime high.. Keep booking profits also time to time... CDSL on can subcribe blindly without doing much analysis..
Under-subscription in any category explained in page 332 of the prospectus.
Under-subscription in any category (except QIB category) is allowed to be met with spill-over from any other category or combination of categories at the discretion of the Issuer and in consultation with the BRLM and the Designated Stock Exchange and in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations. Unsubscribed portion in QIB Category is not available for subscription to other categories.(c)In case of under subscription in the Net Issue, spill-over to the extent of such under-subscription may be permitted from the Reserved Portion to the Net Issue.
I have put my application in HNI for this IPO too. IMO weak number in NII is recent failures S chand & HUDCO and three IPO at one time so all borrowed money or leveraged money is targeting the best of the IPOs CDSL.
It''s a very good IPO overlap with CDSL which is better of the two. However you will witness the last hour rush. Apply agressively as it may surprise you on listing. Extremely good fundamentals. At PE of 34 it''s reasonably priced.
GOOD COMMENT FROM CHIRAG Modi ,I do agree with Chirag
Chirag Modi Jun 20, 2017 8:45:25 AM IST I Like It. | Report Abuse Reply If u can withdraw then withdraw... Because on third day even this ipo is not subscribed fully... And this is not negative comment or advice. This is my opinion based on my experience. Choice is totally yours. You may invest here or invest anywhere else. After year it may climb 1000 or more but before this clambering eris will touch bottom somewhat around 250.. that may the right time to invest on eris. AKH rightly argued that face valued Re.1 shares like TCS or any other are doing well... Yes I agree they are doing very well but just check when they launch their ipo what was their offered face value ? It was 10. Low face value means investors are not investing higher. They invested just one tenth means Re.1 per their own share. So what would be the scope of splitting this share in the future? It is not a debate.. if u have faith that you will gain on listing day, invest or if you don''''t then wait for the right moment. CDSL, AU, are impressive but fine.. wait and keep patience be smart investor because not all IPO are awesome, there may be trap too. AVOID

I think TCS IPO face value was 1 rs and offer price around 900 rs
Can our learned members particularly Septa ji and Eagleeye madam, who thoroughly go through the prospectus enlighten us about how the company/registrar to the issue will re-allocate the under/unsubscribed portion between retail and QIB applicants.
Will it now be favorable to the retail applicants to get better allotment ratio?
I am sure a lot of new entrants to the IPO bandwagon will benefit from your learned reply on this matter.
Whatver you guys say, i am just happy that for the first time in my life i will be getting the full allocation on a good profitable company. I applied for 200 Lots under HNI and i am sure that i will get all of it. Listing gain or not, i am going to hold this for a couple of years.
Same same but different this was favourite remark of my mentor when i ask him any question or advice.
So this Eris Pharma is same same but different
We all know cost to treat a flu and acute and chronic and life style aliments is not the same.
this company has successful over the decade have built a 100% indian Pharma company which manufacture these high value medication so comparing to other Pharma company is wrong in many ways 1. margin is high 2. growth will continue to grow in double digit given we indian life style has changed a lot we see more u healthy people because of food habits 3. un tap markets 4. growing population
IMO the fair value is somewhere between 650-660 so listing will be close to 700 so at 603
I AM APPLYING THIS IPO
ALSO I LIKE LAURAS LAB AT THIS PRICE I HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATING AT EVERY DIP
But valuation looks streched. Listing gains will be limited.
Eris(33x) is excellent portfolio stock like Alkem which is trading at 25x.
Hope market takes into account its forward earnings and list this gem at 650 to 670.
Other domestic players like Cipla and Natco are trading around 36x.
So this is fairly priced with limited listing gains.
But who knows if market gives multiples of another domestic generic brand player GSK pharma trading at 61x due to merger issue.
Note: Please don''t compare this company to Lupin, Sun pharma and many others or else it will look overvalued as it''s business does not depend on US FDA.
If profit and growth is not good in last few years, we call company aachi nahi h. If PE is high, we call valuations are very high, retail ke liye to kuch choda hi nahi h. Ye promotors kya sab retil walo ke relatives h jo high growth company ka share kam price pe dange? At the end of the promotors are also business men and deserve to sell their good work at a great price. I’m very confident for this IPO and applied 4 applications. Also I would love to buy more if see any discount on listing day.. Cheers
SEBI role is just a president, watching everything but doing nothing. No matter what happen with investors. And the smart people will tell that who told to invest in such a company. But we (SEBI) Will not control the issue price or premium amount. Loot lo .....
Don''t make foolish comment. If any1 is looting, you should not invest. what SEBI has to do with it.. Either promoters will loot the investors or else investors will loot the promoters!!!!!
