I have Dmat & trading in HDFC bank but I submit my physical application through my broker upto 5.00 PM using my Yes Bank ASBA account. I had no problems. It is not necessary to open DP account with Yes Bank

Yes bank is offering many customer friendly advantages which most of other bank are not offering
such as:
1. Higher interest rates on SB & FD accounts
2. no penalty on premature redemption of FD
3. no charges on NEFT & RTGS transfers when you your internet banking
4. online creation & redemption of FDs
5. Combined family accounts where minimum balance requirement is considered taking all account balances into account.
6.Pick up & delivery of cash & cheque from home. etc etc

Do you think Kotak has all facilities 1 to 6? Both offer 6% interest excepting the fact that Kotak offers 6% for above one lakh (Savings bank).

I think LnT infotech IPO price will be less than 100 and its face value will be 1 Re. It will overtake 3iinfotech after listing.

septa sir in case of thyrocare its fair value to be computed on eps method or book value method or npv method ?

i heard it is price at 40 PE however i still easy that its growth is not as good as Dr lal and also this issue capital does not increase....

Its the same case. Any word ending with "use " (use and space followed by it) is casing issue.

We are working on this and will fix it asap.

I don''t think there are as many IPOs coming this year vs last year.

I think almost 4 months are over this year and not single IPO is successful becaof negative markets.

Based on this average time period, I believe only 5 or 6 more ipo will come this year.

think this way for me every IPO is 8 IPOs becai put 8 application so if i get 5 to 6 IPOs a year it still 5 lakhs investment with return of 30% not bad and over 10 years this grows to 50 lakhs and in 30 years times it is 1.5 Cr investment which will be a very good retirement nest.....

Always go good larger bank like SBI no matter where your Dmat.

I did a quick research on Thyrocare. Caught fancy to Velumani at first sight......born poor, studied hard, confident & proud of himself, excellent track record of entrepreneurship, frugal in personal life as well as business (very low debt & intense focus on providing low cost service).

The key risk is low barriers to entry & narrow product/services basket. Whilst we would have to live with this risk, it''s at least partially mitigated by the fact that Velumani is very passionate about technology. Accuracy & Reliability of the tests are the main drivers of value in the Diagnostics business & technology is the most powerful tool to achieve this.

The IPO is purely to give exit to PEs & is bound to be pricey. I''m just hoping that it''s not as crazily priced as TeamLease & leaves sth on the table for us. We''ll see more on this front in due course.

2) SRL Diagnostic

3) Metropolis

$) All private and modern hospital in mumbai

Of the all Metropolis is the best in mumbai (some private hospitals have their own merits)

metropolis is also going to come with public issue

but for listing gains you can apply in thyrocare but i doubt they will keep any think on table .

As on todays situation of thyrocare it is not an portfolio stock

Dear Boarders, Is anyone using Yes Bank ASBA facility?? Our Yes bank representative in Hyderabad (Dilip) says that Yes Bank has ASBA facility but only for those who have DMAT account with YES bank. Is this true? I couldnt apply to Equitas IPO becaof this as I dont have time to go to branch and submit physical form. Ofcourse, I had applied thru kotak for 3 lots but couldnt apply thru my wife dmat account IIFL tied up with Yes Bank.

BTW, please dont open Yes bank account just for 6% interest that they offer. Their good service ends with account opening. Their customer care number (1800 2000) is never reachable. You can try to call their customer care number once if you want to open savings account with Yes Bank.

Never say Yes to Yes Bank. This is from our personal experience. Please reply if any Yes bank account holder with dmat with non yes bank tied up broker is able to ASBA facility of Yes Bank.

Just forget about listing date, if you are of the opinion of selling on listing day.

I have come to this conclusion, having,grown up little big after past experience.

look at pushkar, VRL, syngene, etc. Those who sold on listing gains now looking at price appreciation with desperation.

No need to study hard and pick short term trade from 2ndary market, but just stay on to good IPOs for longer. Over time, it will benefit much better than listing gains.

Just my opinion!! Rest up to you based on your financial needs.

hdfc bank and stock holding best dmat service providers donot disclose demat ac no to relatives then they cant apply

Dear Friends,
I am happy to discover that some of you are really knowledgeable and highly professionals in IPO field. I have some questions.
(1) how to create additional DMAT accounts with different PAN so that so that in good issues we are allotted maximum shares?
(2)Which broker is best considering annual service I am based at Ahmedabad)
(3) How to assess an IPO ? In quick heal even though most experts recommended it, it fared very poorly and investors suffered heavy losses.
(4) Sometimes our relatives apply on behalf us without our knowledge.(They manage to open a DMAT account including bank account !). Becaof this both applications get rejected and we suffer loss. We even do not come to know that our application is rejected due to duplication.Can anybody guide me regarding this issue ?
