that is 5 application from one account with different PAN example husband wife dad mom child all 5 individual with 5 different PAN

JUST a general suggestion to all never put more then one lot if issue is oversubscribed more then one time bcoz u r on the same boat putting one lot or 13 lot chance of get only one lot is same... Also IMO register manipulation will come down if it only single lot application

nope u got it wrong one application per PAN anymore then one application per PAN all will rejected even having different DP or bank account combination. ONE APPLICATION PER PAN
