Date of filing the RHP. RHP is not yet filed. you can buy Equitas holding today itself as Date of filing the RHP will not be announced in advance.

It's good to open page early as it helps members to become share holder of promoter company and apply in shareholders quota. I have derived such benefit by becoming shareholder of SBI and could apply for SBI card issue. Thanks to Chittaurgarh team.

Today's closing price of Ujjivan is 49/ and the EPS of Equitas sfb is less than Ujjivan and hence the price may be very less due to bad sentiment of the market. Isn't it?
