Most important factor now is HNI participation in this IPO. Luckily at the same dates no second good IPO. The low participation of HNI in IPO ofAngel Broking was due to Chemcon, CAMS date clash and the same with UTI IPO with Mazagon. UTI AMC due to its inner strength has bounced back with FII/DII purchase from secondary market.

Another important thing to note is valuation of small finance bank during and after corona pandemic. The way it's Parent Equitas is still hovering around 45-55 range since last three months raises eyebrows on this new IPO

@NandKishor ji, I think the IPO will be subscribed to at least 1X (overall), so they don't have to loose anything, they will take their price and go away. It's the HNI/Retailers who will pay the price.

Yes, it's coming on 20th Oct. The price Rs 35 is expensive compared with USFB.

The issue size has been reduced to half to make ipo successful. With a offer price of Rs 35, listing gain is not guaranteed
