can someone tell me i am holding 1 share of equtas holding so i have to apply in retail category or shareholder category.

You can apply in both categories , if you have funds. otherwise check for subscription figures on last day and apply accordingly

The price range is 32-33 (Mostly Fix 33) as per the expectation of 34-35 (Mostly Fix 35), so now we can't do anything as price is already fixed.

With the price range of 32-33, I'm not sure if they have kept anything on table for retailers. I think UJSF is available at better valuations than this one. No one is ready to accept Gray sodas as well, and that may explain the listing situation.

Guys we can except 20-30% of listing gains in equitas, bcoz of its strong base. Don't depend on GMP it is even not started ,what we are hearing is just a rumor

My hard-earned money got reduced by 54% in 54 months.
After taking Rs. 100 as premium for a share of Rs. 10, the Equitas Holdings (the promoter of the bank) has announced only 10% dividend since listing.
I suggest to avoid investing in the Equitas group.
The group is not investor-friendly.

While posting Summary of Financial figure, if one more line for EPS is added, that will be a great help by Chittorgarh.

Equitas Holdings (EHL) Shareholders Reservation in IPO

Investors who hold EHL shares on October 11, 2020, are eligible to apply under the shareholder's category of Equitas Small Finance Bank IPO. The company reserved 10% of the offer for Shareholders (approximate Rs 51 Cr). The EHL shareholders can apply above Rs 2 lakh and maximum up to reserved portion for the Shareholders category. EHL shareholders (bidding up to Rs 2 lakhs) can also apply under the retail category. Further, if an EHL shareholder is also an employee, he/she is also eligible to apply in all the three categories- RII (up to Rs 2 lakhs), Shareholder (up to Rs 2 lakhs) and Employees (up to Rs 5 lakhs).

Chittorgarh website (this page) states ehl shareholders can apply for shares above 2 lakh. Confusion

QIB can sell shares of 93.12 CRs

HNI can sell shares of 69.84 CRs

Retail Public can sell shares of 162.96 (RII) + 51.00 (SH) + 1 (EMP) = 214.96 CRs (41.53 % of issue size)

Now retailers please decide because of SH quota there will be 41.53 % shares with in public hands.

I bought Equitas Holdings shares on Friday, i.e. 9th Oct.
11th Oct is RHP date.
Will I be eligible under SH category?

As you bought on 9th Oct, shares will be credited on T+2 i.e. on 13th Oct. (9, 12,13)
You are not eligible for SH quota

Why are you waiting till last moment ?, DRHP already filed from last 10 months, you have to just bought atleast 1 share to eligible for SH quota.

30th Oct. ( Friday ) is working day or holiday ?
I'm asking because in Nov. market would be very volatile due to election factor.

I told this before a week that 26-27 is fair price as per the comparison with its peer.

There is Biggest Event US Election on 3rs November and they are going to list company on 2nd November.

There will be Huge Volatility before 1 day (Listing Day) of US Election even a Lower Circuit is also possible in Nifty if anything adverse news come from US.

Market have already rallied More than 60% since March low. So 10-15% down or lower circuit isn't big thing!!!

I too fear a10 -15% correction
Sooner than later
Before crossing 12500 in nifty
.Market wants a reason to fall
Diwali and US election + s court judgement on loan moratorium
So many events that can draw market lower

Hope for best and prepare for worst
