Feeling like another Car Trade. But so many crap shares are trading at high price in this bull market. It seems the company is not that bad.

​@whiteFox Company is mainly a white goods manufacturer i.e. room air conditioners (RAC). Its business is cyclical.
Sales are more in half cycle of Jan to June i.e. before the arrival/during Summer season. Peak sales/profits comes in Q4 (Jan-March quarter).
Not much sales in the next half i.e. during July to December (usually losses). It is common for all companies in this sector.
Since for FY24, results for the period Q1 & Q2 (till Sep 23) only is posted, EPS is showing less as 0.55. However if full FY24 is taken into consideration then projected EPS could be more than 4+ (i.e. more than FY23).

When we see the financial figure above, I don't think the current year's financial seems to be very bad. Difficult to achieve figures of f y 24. Figures of revenue and PAT for f y 21, 22 and 23 increasing at about same level. Borrowings increasing every year on year. Some debts must be prepaid after this IPO.
Price Band expected tomorrow which is very important. Fresh and OFS, both. Let's see what will be the percentage of both in total issue. Incorporated only in 2019. Not sn old company. There are many good companies for this products. One more in same line.
To decide after knowing price band. May be not so attractive. My thinking only.

They have been evolving since 2006 from partnership firm to private company to public limited, just that due to name change and conversion, it appears not too old

It's a small issue and may witness good subscription figure. However pat figure is not impressive in comparison of increase in revenue year by year.

Looking at above numbers,
Revenue 2x in 3 years.
Pat margins also doubled but in low single digit, 2%.
