The lottery system is mind boggling and beyond our understanding. I do not know what is happening to the sincere retailers who get all rubbish allotments where even listing gains is a no-no

I think it cover our losses in icici pru.

The issue is richly priced whike its net profot marhin is only 5.5%.In my opinion, it would list about 10 to 15 % premium at the most.It always happens as people make some money in ipo, thry get mad and start applying in every ipo, the brokers recommend, osome boarders on such site also recommend and the investors lose their shirts too.If you see history of ipo , only 20% of the ipo pergorm at max , rest 80% go on discount and some of them lose 95% of their value in a short period.Therefore be v careful.Don''t go by recommendations only

There was a time when market used to buy a stock on listing day ignoring the macro factors(exorbitant price, avg fundamental) and that used to provide some listing gains.
Party stands over. Market will respect good companies with fair issue price going forward.

Apply. It will give you good returns.

You may apply all you like...But I suggest you have a look at the REGISTRAR first..Its Karvy ..the notorious one for depriving retailers of good issues....If they have allotted shares generously to the retailers...it means the listing would be pathetic ..Be of no two minds about it.

Be careful big IPOs + 1000 carors listing day very high selling look L&T info, L&T tech, ICICI, listing day investors are selling at any discounted rate.

Can I Know Grey Market Premium? for today 03/10/2016?

IMO this IPO is rightly priced for it present growth which is around 22 PE. If you look at CARG is around 8% which is comparable with other two wheelers OMEs. What i really like is this growth has come from both organic and in organic growth. Like ICICI Pru IPO the promoters have not left much on table for it present revenue and bottom line number 22 PE is high number but demand for Auto industry is in demand so issue will be fully subscribed. failure of last two big issue will not stop RII from apply.
for me the fair price is around the issue price so list will be lukewarm however i am still going to apply as i am very bullish on auto industry in long run .

a)Promoter itself selling the stake. this is not good news for company if promoter themeselve are selling.

b) nothing is mention about 700 cr debt

c) With this issue no money is coming to company.
