You are absolutely right. I strongly agree with your comments. I request to the operator of this site, he should keep a strong eye on the comments which are coming from various unusual peoples.

When you have a preconcieved negative attitude you only look at negatives. One post says company has a huge debt of 900 crores plus without looking at DE ratio and current ratio.Every company except the cash rich ones do some leverage. It is acceptable in a scenario where DE and CR are within acceptable norms. After all the negative comments every IPO including pricey ones are getting oversubscribed by RII!. That is OK, based on your risk appetite. But comments without any analysis are misleading for genuine investors. I do not invest in IPO and have no axe to grind.

Hi , Need some suggestion as I have applied IPO first time

My Brokerge Firm is Kotak and Bank account is in ICCI .Have filled an IPO form where have given ICICI Bank account as an ASBA acount. So Do I have to activate ASBA in my Bank acount (ICICI) or it is automaticalley activated for every other acount ?

If it''s a physical application, you don''t have to do nothing. A hold would be created once the application is sent over to the exchange. Just make sure you have enough balance for the hold creation lest the application would get rejected....

After losing few bucks in ICICI and HPL, I''m not gonna apply for this IPO. Hope on the listing day I can get this stock at discount and take it from there

Promoter''s mother is Rahul Bajaj''s sister. So, this company is nothing but a Bajaj Company. Fundamentally good company. I am applying for this IPO. Whoever giving negative comments are trying to confuse you, so that they will get the allotment, since you are not applying.

So I will buying Bajaj Auto and Bajaj Finance instead of Endurance if Bajaj Group having that''s kind of goodwill in the market.

Bajaj Auto is major client for this company so there is will be steady income from their side.

After carefully examining the Endurance IPO. I have changed by mind. I will not apply in this IPO. This looks to be overpriced nothing left on table. Max market capitalisation can be 6000 crores whereas this issue is targeting Rs 6600 crores market capitalisation. I withdraw my positive remark on this IPO.
