PAT :: 18.48cr vs 17.04cr(yoy)
Eps :: 1.97 vs 2.1
Income :: 117.5cr vs 117.9cr..


Looks pretty decent to me...
Short term capital appretiation should b there...

Cncl:: suggested and bought near 135( was waiting for 120 and 105 -:) )


Eps can b near 8 for this yr...

Can give easily pe of 23(vs 25 industry pe) == 23*8==184
Even @20 pe can easily touch 160.

short term i do not have a target however long term 3 years or 2 years 3 months it will be close to Rs300. BTW i am not pulling this out of thin air as many do in this forum it based on CAGR is around 18% plus company is planning a in organic growth and also increase capacity based on all this para meters 2019 EPS of 13-18 is possibility at 20 PE we get 260 - 380 so average gives me a price of Rs310.

However biggest weak point is the MD of the company he rewards 60 CRs as salary which brought him short term wealth however eroded real wealth IMO if he was modest this share would have traded at higher PE multiple for a market leader in world in producing camshaft.

I HOPE HE BUYS FROM THE MARKET WITH ALL THE OFS MONEY AND 60 Cr SALARY THIS WILL GIVE BIG POSITIVE IN MARKET.

Suppose in an issue 50,000 lots available,
No of applications received = 1,00,000 then 1,00,000÷50,000=2
100÷2=50 so 50%.

An IPO gives you an opportunity of investing in a company whose prices are not yet decided by the open market. If you believe in the company''s business and its prospects, you should not be looking at the listing price. Relax. This is a temporary correction and will be over in a few days. Look at ICICI Pru. Back up at 325 from 293 on listing date.

I understand that long term patience will give benefits, but I cannot put everything for long term, My level of economy needs some money in short term trades. I can only allocate a few percentage of the portfolio for longer term. That is why I flip in few IPOs which are less prosperous (like DBL)

Donating shares to a charity, ask the charity for their brokerage account information. They will give you a DTC number and an account number. With Delivery slip transaction will be done in three working days

Transfer/sale/remat kuchh nahi honge. I have also faced the same problem.

Go for a basic demat account. AMC free. With the same house or another.

If you choose another broker (AMC free) don''t fill transaction slip.. Simply Account closure and shift all in the new account.

You can''t get rid of shares whose registrar''s office is not working. Even you can''t close your demat account if there is only dead shares. Because these can''t be sold /remat /transfer.
