Hello Everyone,

Any idea about how this company's growth 📈?Received the shares allotment. Is it good to hold for long term or book the profit on listing day?
Experts please advise 🙏

EMS Limited has strong track record and good growth prospects.
The IPO is attractively priced, and it is worth considering for investors with a long-term investment horizon.

Dependence on government contracts, and competition from other players are few hurdles to be considered.

But rest will be decided by market and its condition(on and after listing).

I will hold one retail lot for long-term.

GMP 98.00 today

Alloted three lots. Will hold at least one for long term. Will sell two on listing day or within week after listing if it list with current GMP.

​@newgen consultancy Sir, any update/change in the strategy for EMS? or should exit at the listing only?

I use hdfc securities and there are only two options for categories, retail and hni (no small or big hni specified). So I selected the hni category and applied for shares worth around 10.8 lakhs, which should be considered Big hni as per my knowledge. I got the allotment, however I only got shares worth 2.06 lakhs which is the minimum for small hni category. Which means my bid was considered in the small Hni category. How do I apply in big hni category then.

The allotment chances are based on big hni category? Cause it doesnt make sense otherwise to apply in big hni. Also are there any other reasons to apply in big hni category?

Usually bHNI subscription will be lesser than sHNI...people applying for 10L versus 2L...so chances of allotment are higher in bHNI even thought allotment will be only for 14lots...

I ve applied for 3 lors for EMS from SBI ASBA and I wasnt alloted any shares. However my money is still blocked in my bank account and cant use them. Can anyone help with this pls?

Date for refund is 18 Sept, so fund unblock can happen anytime before 18 Sept end of day.

Ive applied for 3 lots for EMS from my SBI ASBA. However I wasnt alloted any shares but my money is still blocked in my acct and not yet released until now. Can anyone help with this pls?

I'm applying 4-5 shni or 4-5 Retail since June. No allotment. How come people are getting allotment. Even my friends are also not getting any allotment in shni or retail. Law of probability is not applicable to us. No luck at all..

Noob question (off-topic): Dear CG members, I am relatively new to IPOs and stock market in general. I want to know whether it is possible to place a bid in pre-open session of IPO such that all the allotted shares get sold at the listing price only when the market opens? If so, please explain how to do so (if possible with an example)? Thanks in advance.

It is possible to place order in pre open (9:00 to 9:45), if share list above your order price then your sell order is executed at listing price and if share list at below your order price, your order remains open

Example: sell order placed at Rs. 100
1. Share list @ 120 - your order execute @120
2. Share list @ 90 - your order remains open

I have Minor account in Axis Bank When I apply IPO at that time registration of beneficiary show pan gurdian (Me).Now how can I apply IPO in Minor account?

Also, which bank provide ASBA in Minor account?

Sir ji jaise mere pass bhi demat account hai aar me bhi ipo apply karta hu aar mere children ka bhi me demat open karna chahta hu tu kya done aacount se ipo apply kar satte hai kya aar mere children ka kis bank me account kholna ha jis me net banking hu aar me demat bhi kholana chahata hu
