Has anyone got refund in their HDFC Bank A/c, though I've got shares in my demat a/c. November 06 was the issue close date, does anyone know what is the SEBI guideline for refund ?

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Monday, November 26, 2007; the equity shares of Empee Distilleries Limited (Scrip Code: 532920) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group of Securities.

The company issued shares at a price of Rs. 400/- per share (Face Value of Rs.10/- and premium of Rs. 390/-) in the recently concluded IPO.

The ISIN Code of the company is INE180G01019.

The Registrar to the issue is Cameo Corporate Services Ltd.

The post-issue promoters shareholding is at 73.4584%.

The equity shares of Empee Distilleries Limited (Symbol: EDL) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. November 26, 2007. Trading shall be in the Normal Market segment - Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.

share projection column where u can see ur empee shares.... did u get the refund???

Hi,
even I haven't got the refund in my a/c - HDFC Bank. Look people, transferring shares in dmat and holding investor's money doesn't seounds great about the credibility of cameo. What I'll do with the shares before opening. It the money that I need now.

The Registrar has done a splendid job. It has been a long time since any registrar has credited through ECS in my a/c that too in such a short time. Keep it up. Hope the share listing also gives a pleasent surprise :)
