​@Yaaro Ka Yaar There is growing influx of IPO applicants and when someone gets no or meagre success, such questions regarding delusion of entire allotment process appear obvious. However, these are just sentiments and do not stand any chance for arriving at likelihood of any justifiable prosecution. Assessment of applications for allotment goes through SOPs involving detailed scruitiny and approvals from authorities. Even though process is presumably robust, no denial that some loopholes need to be fixed, example being allotment to third party applications. These are minor system related flaws but can not be labeled as manipulation. Therefore, even though some doubts do crop-up at times, IMO there is no malpractice in alloting shares.

PS : These are my personal views and I have every right to be wrong.

​@Chhote Lal I think manipulation in allotment is easily possible. Everything is possible in India.

100% possible hai, aur linkintime sabse zyada corrupt hai, bahot kam allotment milta hai, kfintech me to phir bhi allotment mil jata hai

u am not sure, but possible, but they cant manupulate entire IPO, they can manage 25 percent of fund, rest should go to retailer only.

0​@Chhote Lal To be very frank 100% purity is not available in Todays time in india or iin the world anything from water, NEET, IIT-JEE exams to IPO allotment.I have reiterated many times and many seniors also claimed that BIGFRAUD RTA allotment done by them specially in SME space is always in quetions❓❓one of senior member had applied more than 100 issues in last 30 years or so but this particular RTA did not alloted single allotment to him. Well i m not in blame game but sometimes it raises doubt in mind. 100% leak proof system is very difficult to prepare so 90 to 95 % is also acceptable for me. Please dont mind i have given highest competetive exams Examples . I request other members also to please dont relate this matter to any political issues as everyone has right to express his thoughts freely.

I dont have proof (of any sides), so I cannot claim anything. But, I cannot negate the possibility of technical and human errors in allotment process, which results into wrong or biased allotments.

Ab parde ke peechhe ki kahani pe kuch comments nahi kar sakte.

Few methods to increase your chance of allotments are:

> Apply from multiple accounts
> Apply with higher funds, try to monitor the category wise applications on continuous basis, take the final call on last hours of IPO closing based on applications
> Do not only apply IPOs with bumper returns, go for IPOs with decent returns and lower subscription too, which increase your chance of allotment and faith in allotment system.

See i strongly beleive that manipulation is possible but only in higher applications, bhni category or guys who apply more than 20,30 lk per applications. Retail and shni not possible, due to number of applications and regulatory eye particularly in this category.
The higher applications category are countable on hands and hence are easy to bifurcate into favouritism.
Ofcourse all this is just khayali pulav, speculation untill proven and theres no way a common man like us can prove this.

Second, retail here was just 1/5. I had applied 3, my 2 other friends had applied each 2. None were alloted.
In the forum also i could see less retail allotments. Ofcourse cg forum is very small.,i cannot take this and extrapolate to all retail application. This is just my observation here.

Ps- All above is my personal views. I was asked to provide my view, hence.
Also dont hate bhni guys in this forum, there are very few left who are active. I used to enjoy the convo of probable subscription way back when it was proportional.

​@Chhote Lal  Though I got few allotments, it's difficult to deny on manipulation. I can say that it's not 100% manipulated and also not 100% pure. We never know what happens behind the curtains.

​@Chhote Lal Bhai, debatable topic with varied opinions but no evidence to prove the alleged claims and it will continue to happen like that . But to say that say that systems are robust with strict ethics n compliance , will be exaggeration of praise with biased favour.
But I never ever blame as as it would be like " An old man accused of rape in the court but evidence couldn't STAND UP" 😀😀 in lighter veins .
The concern of the community herenis well appreciated, would suggest to take up the matter in an appropriate and effective way with SEBI to bring transparency to the level of explaining the SOP so that any iota of doubt is cleared of our mind . Lets begin with one request letter endorsed by all to rein in culprits who are invisible .

Looks a bit difficult with automated process, technological checks and balances, a well set mechanism..

But, obviously, there would be some loopholes, dereliction of duties, greed, so, there is a chance for manipulation..

Without any solid, substantial proof, how can we say it is manipulated or not?🤔🤔

Allotment purely depends on your applying strategy and luck is my personal opinion.
With the amount of money put into market, IPO allotment will be even difficult in the future, unless we get some very big IPO’s.
Most of the allotment process is streamlined & digitized these days.
I don’t agree or deny malpractice exits. Apart from this forum, my offline source also say malpractice exits, but no1 is able to provide any proof. if some1 has concrete proof, let them take it up with SEBI. Just non-allotment reason will not help.
Finally if malpractice exits, I don’t think they can do day in & out or in all IPO’s. It’s not that easy with the current technologies and regulations.
Personally I feel any speculation or conspiracy theory will be just waste of time. If ppl stop applying, thinking I won’t get anyways, they are at loss is what I feel.
So either dig deep, get proof, take it to SEBI or just like me Instead fine tune your strategy, pray for luck and be postive.

Some Manipulation surly happening in BHNI and SMEs allotment but they are doing the way anyone can't catch them.

पहले दाल मे ही काला होता था पर यहां चावल,सब्जी, चटनी,पापड़ मे भी काला होता है 🤑

Basuvr Sir agree with ur view. Sometimes i got allotment more than the ratio some time lower than the ratio, Also sometime Surprised Allotment sometime very disappointed allotment.
So personal I can't say something going wrong bt may be chances are still there. Jinko nhi milta bo chillate h jinko milta h bo khusi manate. Kafi bar toh me bhi chaillaya hu 😂😂

Guys, i got 4/5 in emcure & 1/2 in bansal wire.
Preliminary observation :- Seems like its more about luck than manupulation, my opinion

I had good allotment ratio in all reputed RTAs like KFIN,link in time and bigshare.
Mostly I play main board IPOs and didn't doubt any RTA .
Some suggestions for improvement in allotment chances.
*Multiple applications
*Regularly updated eKYC in banks brokers and dmat
*Use asba over UPI
*When IPOs oversubscribed then pray to god and depend your luck without thinking too much about manipulation,bcos if i play with 5 accounts and IPOs oversubscribed 10x than how can i cry if not getting alloted?
*Apply minimum lots rather going for big applications
*Positive thinking
*Don't frustrate and keep on applying
(1 out my 5 accounts not alloted for string of 5 years and since 2022 , this perticular account had/has all type of allotments like retail, Shni and BHNI also SME , sometime consecutive allotments now this account become highest rewarding in my family)

*don't wait for last day last hour.
*Now email and SMS coming regularly from exchanges and RTA so check your subscription regularly

I had said this before and trolled many times but i will keep saying , i have faith in allotment process

Whenever i push button"SUBSCRIBE" i always pray to God and whenever i check allotment on sites i always be in positive state of mind and whenever i didn't get allotment,i never complain and never disappoint
ABOVE ALL after getting alloted i thank God for their blessings.

Neither One can say with 100℅ surity about the manupulation in ipo allotment process.. Nor one can claim for 100℅ fairness in this process..!!
But since I am very well familier with the ipo market for about 35 years.. I have a strong concern about the allotment process of Bigshare Ragistrar..!!
सिर्फ "अंगूर खट्टे हैं " ऐंसा नहीं है..Bigshare का मामला कुछ इससे भी ज्यादा संगीन है !!
अगर शंका का कोई उचित पात्र है इस विषय में.. तो Bigshare is perfect candidate for this..!!

I came with random thought that SEBI can conduct system aduit of allotment process of all registrars and can propose a mandatory certification of random distribution just like some gaming apps do.

​@🚩 Just For IPO 🎁 We read about more than average allotments for common people similarly much more than avarage allotment may easily possible for un-common people.

​@Rakcyt Toh bhai final conclusion ye hai ki luck, issue size, RTA, manipulation, corruption , no problem with allotment process,third party, sab yahi hai. 😜🤣 These factors mainly impacted the allotments in IPOs.
Jinko regular allot ho rahe hai no complain about allotment. 😁
Jinko big size ya loss wale IPOs mein allot ho rahe hai they are neutral with some doubts🤔

Lastly jinko allotment nhi mil raha hai they have always doubt on allotment process. 😡🤬
On a serious note if you remember Karvy Consultant now Kfin barred from RTA service after Yes Bank(year 2005) allotment scam for few years.But simply and very cleverly they changed their name to Kfin and started RTA service again. In this scam few persons opened thousands of duplicate and fake loveDeemat Accounts(Roopal Ben) and cornered Yes Bank IPO and few others like NTPC, TV Today,IGL at that time. Received few hundred ₹ in the name of compensation 🤣 after 6-7 years for Yes bank IPO,my cousin also got few hundred₹.So there is no CLEANCHIT but now fraud k tarike change ho gaye hai which we can't understand and think. We and other CG members have sent several Email toSEBI Scores and other concerned authorities. Let's see what happens when.

Conclusion is inclusive giving justice to different views.

I beleive SEBI should track allotment too the way they did with TV Analysts by tracking and mapping PAN which is so simple in case of allotment. If few individual PAN numbers keep on appearing for bulk that should be exposed
Let the BOA show last 3_4 digits of PAN number of allottees which can be mapped by XL or software .

As said yesterday, that Emcure is the perfect stock for intraday. It proved me the correct ✅✔ once again.
I bought it in pre opening @1325 & sold @1385. I kept my hni holding intact. But i earned good profit in just 20 minutes.

In upstox, its allowing delivery. Even if I select intraday, its still showing full buy amount.

The Emcure may seen 2000-2300 within a year provided that the stable government.
