HNI bids once placed can not be modified (only increasing lot size is allowed). Appears nothing can be done now.

Never click cutoff in hni bids. Add price manually. That being said, you need to arrange funds of 15k for to revise the hni bid. Dont waste this opportunity, ask your friends or anyone.
@Harsh Newguru Subscription figures are amount wise. 2nd day subscription data is as taken from CG. Also, No where application wise figures were mentioned in response above 😳

@Chhote Lal Sir retail 15:times 🤔is little difficult but 8-10 times possible. Max to max12. Bansal ji bhi hai na maidan mein😁 Shni is quite possible. If Bansal wires GMP Dramatically improves last day which is quite unlikely then 80 time is also little difficult in Shni.Let's see what subscription unfolds tomorrow 🤔
@CJ ROCKS Expectations and reality can vary and everyone has right to make own point. I too have entitlement to opine and also to go wrong.😊 Will watch keenly.

I had received allotment in my sisters demat account for Vraj Steels. I want to transfer those shares to my demat account for long term.
So I wanted to know the difference between transfering of shares from my sister account to mine & gifting of shares from sister account to mine. Your guidence is required in this regard. Is there any diference is there in both or not?
@Jey Nayak You can transfer these shares from your sister account to your's account through off market transaction by submitting a filled slip to your Depository.. Gifting clouse is not necessary to transfer the share via off market market transaction in the family members.. I have personally done the same.. Several times. !!
@diwan kapoor sir, So gifting & transfering is same or different. I am having all the demat accounts with zerodha/CDSL. Actually I am living in abroad so off market is not possible for me. So I wanted to know the difference between gifting & transfering.

@Jey Nayak End result of both options (off-market transfer/ gifting transaction) is same. Opt as you like. I can suggest you another out of the box way to keep taxation aspect simple. Sell from one account and buy the shares from market from another account. Good Luck 🍀
@Jey Nayak If you are living in abroad than i will suggest you to use the CDSL - Easiest mode to transfer the shares.. Gifting clause applied when we transfer the shares from out of family members to our a/c.. This is what in know.. I may be wrong or things may be changed which are not in my knowledge..!! @tycooninvestor Ji.. has rightly explain..!!
I am also having same problem, I am an NRI and I got the Viraj IPO lot from my friends account who is holding in Angel Demat account (NSDL) and now I would like to get those shares into my Zerodha Demat account which is CDSL.
Please suggest the easiest process to transfer or gift the shares.
@Sandeep Konchada Easiest way is to sell shares in market and buy from another account from market. Some brokerage will apply but it is the simplest method. Good Luck 🍀 Het beste 😊
@Smile✍️ , Iam not tax payer and I dont even know how tax works for me..🤪😛

Dear esteemed members..what are the tax implications if I transfer shares to my mother account through cdsl easiest and sell it through her account.. in this case whose tax liability is there ? Self or mother?

@Anshujii Shares as gifts upto Rs 50,000 (in a financial year) to relatives is not taxable as far as I know. However any sales proceed thereafter and gains such generated will be taxable at the hands of recepient.
PS : These are just my general views. One should seek professional guidance on these matters.
Hello guys, Earlier today, I applied for the Emcure IPO, but the payment failed due to a bank issue, and the mandate was rejected on Groww. I reapplied for the IPO, and this time, the payment went through successfully. However, I received two messages from NSE regarding my application.
Could you please clarify whether this affects my chances of getting an allotment for the IPO? I'm concerned that having two applications might disqualify me.
@IpoThinker If for first application, no money transaction took place - it is not valid and will not be considered for allotment assessment. Your second application is the sole valud application and will be considered. Cheers 😊
@IpoThinker I hope your funds were not blocked the first time and just the second time. In that case no problem at all.. Your 2nd application is valid..

@IpoThinker There is this problem with Groww, angel one and many others but if your amount was blocked for the first application then it will be valid and that rejected due to time out at bank is an error message and your money for both the applications will be unblocked after allotment but for the second application it will be unblocked after a day and always keep in mind if it happens to you again and your money is blocked then don't re-apply.
