No one will buy applications of discount brokers in gray
Drawback of cheaper brokers where you pay less brokerage but get lesser benefits

Gray markets are dealing with trust of both parties bcos no paper work here only verbal communication prevailing

​@Sunsam Such a feedback is furnished earlier too but do understand this being public forum open to all, you can not stop members from posting what they want. Apart from specific IPO related discussions - there are other stuffs being posted related to bank accounts, minor related requirements, huf etc.
There is abundance of information available in CG.com and investorgain.com resources. If one has inclination and time to take efforts, majority of details can be found. People tend to go for easier path and raise doubts in ipo forum. Its okay, once in a while.
Choose what suits best and ignore the rest 👍

Agar maine apna ASBA se BHNI bid approve kar liya aur 5paisa wala Shni bid ka mandate approve nehi kiya to kya wo 5pm ke bad cancel ho jayega? Ya fir mere dono bid overlap karke cancel ho jayega? Why people are waiting for last day last hour?
Why people using UPI?

some IPOs are sure shot apply and we have 3 whole days for it
Private banks and ASBA are good combination and works well without any hassle
If someone using UPI then why don't they apply first (accept mandate on last day before 5 pm)

It is their own choice, if they wait for last hour or last day or last minute or QIB subscription.

Some people might not be using bank applications or they might thing easy to apply UPI rathar than ASBA.
