Small appliances- 23% , philips is customer
Fractional motors-21%
Moulded sheet metal parts-15%

ODM- Original Design Manufacturing, in this the product is invented and designed,manufactured by the company and its sold under a different brand name.
OEM- Original equipment manufacturing. this the company outsources its product, example apple. Apple invented and fully designs phone but for manufacturing it outsources it to a different company
The above mentioned companies should fall in OEM category. Crompton,philips these have invented products but they have given elin electronic to manufacture it.

Post issue equity capital would be approximately 25 crores. Annualized profits of about 40 crores based on current results. EPS should be about 8. Asking PE is about 30. Seems over priced
