Rejection due to pan mismatch

@IPO gainers ok but the same application was showing as applied 17018 shares and allotted NIL with wrong PAN NO but application no wise showing thus in my opinion this application was considered as per DEMAT details and allotted NIL shares . If it is rejected then will not showing in KFIN portal . Pl highlight the issue and . Also other members pl give there opinion then will give letter to bankers .

The reason for non allotment is mentioned in the email by registrar. Since u are able to see allotment results the application is valid.
Whether it's a mistake by bank employee or not that's to be judged later when you investigate the issue.

Shouldn't this be just 1 lot allotment?

Could you please help me understand how you got 2L allotment. Is 2L considered as 1 lot for HNI applications?

@LearningIPO: For SHNI/BHNI, allotment is 2L, if lucky.

My concern is as under
1. PAN NO WISE APPLICATION NOT AVAILABLE IN KFIN PORTAL
2. APPLICATION NO WISE SHOWING applied 17018 shares and allotted NIl but mentioning last digit of my PAN NO R instead of Q.
3. Is this application rejected ? if it is so then should not shown in KFIN portal as applied vide application no wise pl highlight senior and experts so taht we can understand the position of ourselves as we used to give physical application to our IDFC first bank of HUF as there portal is not allowing online ASBA for HUF case.

@PLAZA.... Contact your bank and RTA to rectify the error.... If your demat account number is OK and your PAN in that demat acc is OK, then you should get the shares in your demat account.....Once you get them there, then this issue will get sorted out automatically. If you dont get it in your account, then ask the RTA through your bank to rectify the PAN in their records.
@LearningIPO, min allotment in any HNI application is of shares worth 2L...Hence here 14 lots allotted to all sHNI and bHNI allottees.

@PLAZA.... RTA is Registrar and Transfer agent... KFintech in this case....If you have not been allotted as per Kfintech site, then no use raising the issue with them.... Whether it was rejected due to wrong PAN feed or not only Kfintech will be able to tell you. Contact them or look out for email received from BSE or Kfintech. They may mention reason for non allotment..... If not, Contact Kfintech and ask for specific reason for non allotment.....
Allotment is based on unique PAN number, so a mismatch is bound to be rejected... whether it was rejected or not allotted in lottery, in any case you wouldnt have got the shares..... But yes u can raise a complaint against the bank official for causing potential loss of profit. This way at least they may be more vigilant henceforth for your applications.....
